The property manager had the repairman in to fix it, but the issue was not rectified in time for us to enjoy. The owner was agreeable when we asked for a partial refund. Other than that, the dishwasher and toaster broke while we were there. Maybe just our bad luck?. The property manager promptly delivered a new toaster but the last thing I wanted to do on vacation was wash dishes! Overall, the kitchen could use a few more supplies I think once they work out the kinks, this rental can serve as a nice home base for enjoying what Miami has to offer."
