Another guest told me not to ask anything as they didn't "know anything," didn't know what her issue was with them but she was angry. I also started my stay by being given TWO damaged elevator keys. I spent a good hour going back and forth with them to the elevator as the "control was new." Maybe it was, but it didn't work. The third time was a charm! All this fun with two tired kids in tow. I got a parking ticket while parked in the garage and displaying a temporary parking tag upon arrival,I was told I had to fight it with the city,UGH! Stressful stay for sure!"
