The outdoor space is really nice but the couch outside was broken and we had to completely launder the cushion covers before we could sit out there due to lots of bird poop. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but no hot pads or kitchen towels so it was a little tricky to cook. The bathrooms were all nicely clean and had travel sized supplies which was appreciated. I had to reach out to the management company to get check-in instructions because they never sent them, but they were super responsive and helpful when I called. The pool pump sounds like it is broken and we reported the issue immediately but it wasn't resolved while we were there. The pool was clean enough to use despite the lack of water flow. The location was excellent since we were visiting our son at University of Miami. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are many things close by like grocery store, liquor store, Walgreen's, etc. I would recommend this house for sure but would also recommend you take photos of anything that you find broken and perhaps bring along some kitchen towels."

** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.

A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. One car max. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
