I had to reach out to the management company to get check-in instructions because they never sent them, but they were super responsive and helpful when I called. The pool pump sounds like it is broken and we reported the issue immediately but it wasn't resolved while we were there. The pool was clean enough to use despite the lack of water flow. The location was excellent since we were visiting our son at University of Miami. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are many things close by like grocery store, liquor store, Walgreen's, etc. I would recommend this house for sure but would also recommend you take photos of anything that you find broken and perhaps bring along some kitchen towels."
