The only negatives were the rooms were a little dated- the bathroom lights were so dim it was difficult or get ready and we he shower was really narrow so my sister went to the spa to get ready. Also the staff could be a little rude- some of them were somewhat lacking the customer service attitude. I called to reschedule a massage a few hours in advance and they told me I couldn’t do that I had to pay full price to cancel it and I said I didn’t wanna cancel just move it and they said I could do that it is in their policy… so I looked at their policy and it said you could do that you just have to pay a $50 fee which I would have happily paid. We had a few experiences like this with staff. Besides the negatives the food at the restaurants was outstanding. The property was quiet and easy to Uber into downtown Miami for dinner. The beach was a little short but directly in front of the property and easy to access. We would stay here again. "

You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so I imagine the carpet could use a cleaning as well. The beds were decent and everything else was decent. We would stay again for the value and amenities. "

It was not clear where to park when we first arrived since everywhere is marked "reserved".. turned out you can park everywhere lol.. 2. it definitely took some time for us to find the reception desk.. It did not look any different from the other doors and there was just one tiny sign on the opposite side of where we were to show us the way.. FYI it is located on the uneven number side on the ground floor.. 3. They did not always answer the phone (i.e. we arrived at 9:45 pm and we could not find the reception desk so answering the phone would have been nice).. 4. the bedroom had quite a leak that left several tiles wet, including my husband's computer bag (it is to an extent waterproof luckily).. 5. It is an old building, located in one of the oldest areas of the island so not that inviting at first.. HOWEVER, the unit was really really nice and very quiet/comfortable... great contemporary decor.. spacious (2 levels).. great kitchen.. the building is well located on the island, about 5 min by walk from Winn-Dixie and awesome restaurants, 3 min from the beach, etc. And the staff was really really nice.. Notably highly recommend Alexandra, the property manager and the cleaning staff.. We would come back.. !!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!"

Two bedrooms/1 bathroom, all new paint and furniture. Minimum 1 month rental. Nicely decorated for a cool ocean feeling. The condo has approximately 900 ft2 and it has one parking spot. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a large twin bed with a trundle under it for a second twin. The kitchen has updated appliances and has everything you will need. Nice balcony to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. High speed WiFi, AppleTV with NETFLIX logged in. Beach is a 1 minute walk (less than half a block). There is huge Win-Dixie supermarket 1 block away, across Crandon Blvd. In the same plaza there is the best frozen yogurt of KB as well as several outstanding restaurants.

If you're looking for an easy way to keep kids entertained on a rainy day, you can get a one-day pass to the KBCC for $6/day. The indoor playground is great! There are also entertainment rooms for toddlers and teens, as well as a great gym, pool, etc. We loved our stay at Carlos' place and strongly recommend it!"
