The staff was wonderful friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a water leak in our bathroom our first night after midnight (it is just something that happened and is not at all reflective of the quality of the facility) I called the emergency number it was close to 1am. Andi the manager promptly answered and it was obvious I had woken her from a deep sleep. She couldn’t have been any more responsive and offered to come in right then. I made a decision that we could work through it and figure things out in the morning. She somehow reached a plumber first thing in the morning (which during spring break was amazing) We came to a mutual resolution and everything was handled wonderfully. Andy was amazing and without even asking also got us a discount. We will definitely go here anytime we return to the Keys and will highly recommend to our family and friends. "

We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group.
