We would change only one thing: they force you to leave your car at the valet parking (USD 27.00/day) and walk to your room when there are plenty of parking spaces near the rooms/ apartments. Having an almost daily concierge was a great plus for help with arranging tours. The only drawbacks I found at this property were the small size of the dining area for a hotel of this size, and that there was only one shuttle stop in Key West. It took me a couple of days to figure out the best time to go down to breakfast. It was a good thing I like to walk, because I had to do plenty to get from the shuttle drop off to Duval St. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns around the country, and I rank this property as excellent."

I attempted to make changes the next day at 9:30 AM through the website or by phone, but I was unable to do so. I had to either confirming my reservation or I was going to be charged for canceling/modifying my reservation. "
