She is extremely helpful, welcoming, warm, and always willing to provide all kinds of support and help. We had a few mojitos(very well done) on the balcony of the house and smoked a cigar which is tottaly recommended. I was checked in and greeted by two staff, the one that showed me the room spoke to me in Spanish despite me saying I didn't know it, understandably she doesn't speak English. So I've no idea what she was saying about the room or anything. She was trying to get me to go in the bathroom and was very insistent but I don't know what she wanted me to do. As this was my first visit to Cuba I didn't know where anything was, the staff member I spoke to in the morning had a better grasp of English but not much better. Noone seemed to know Havana from a tourist perspective so couldn't answer any of my questions. I was trying to book a train to travel across the island and noone there knew how to do this or where to go. That was the case for all the enquiries I had as a tourist. Also I couldn't get my head around the conversion of money in Cuba and the staff member got quite impatient with me about that. "

- "We stayed 7 Nights at Casa de David y Yula and we were very pleased by the privacy, cleanliness and comfort of the house. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. We loved that the rooms for the guests were not exactly together with the family but were built separately and this gives the guests more privacy. We also loved that we had a bartender/guest service person available for us 24/hrs. The coffee is amazing, you must have their cafe con leche. Everyone that serviced us was great but we would like to give a special shot out to Jorgito, he made us feel at home and he really makes the best mojitos and piña colada. He was always very eager to assist us. If we go back to Cuba, we will definitely consider staying here again."

Juni was very friendly and offered to arrange transport from the airport before we arrived. She gave us tips about the area and where to eat and walk. Breakfast is included and it’s very tasty, including eggs, bread, fruit, juice, and tea or coffee. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for when we returned to Havana. Thank you! "

Customer service was great and the place is a jewel, very well decorated and clean. The house itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed my room at the top with the balcony. The room itself was very clean and functional, with a very comfy bed. The location is also fantastic, very close to some great restaurants, bars, and places of interest such as the Museum of the Revolution.
