In a great neighborhood walking distance to downtown Coral Gables and short drives to Brickell (16 min. drive), Downtown Miami (16 min. drive) and Miami Beach (20 min. drive). We have many great recommendations for dinner or fun outdoor activities close by that we hope to share.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available and reliable throughout the neighborhood and all of South Florida, making it easy to get around hassle-free.

Other Things to Note:
This is a residential neighborhood with a neighborhood watch program. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy - Your reservation will be cancelled without refund and property will be vacated if a disturbance is reported!

Little Gables is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.

Several blocks East and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. If you head East you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.

The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.

My efficiency is part of our home but is private and has a separate entrance. In the main bedroom, we offer one full-sized bed. The second room serves as a small living room and offers a full-sized sofa bed. The efficiency also has several amenities including WiFi and cable TV. The listing is located in southwest Miami in a region called Kendall, about 25 minutes from Miami International Airport. We are close to Florida's Turnpike for rapid transit to get to several great destinations.

There is also a Daycare on the property that run's during weekday's. The Daycare is located on the opposite end of the home. The kids from the daycare go out to play in the backyard but mostly stay indoors and should not be a distraction.

- "To be fair, our issues started when our flights were delayed bringing us to our apartment at 1 AM. We found that the back door had been left unlocked and there didn’t seem to be a way to lock it. Fortunately, we didn’t find anybody in the apartment and nothing appeared to be missing. I left voicemail and text but they didn’t respond until morning, making the first night pretty rough. In the morning, my adult son figured out the trick. Management did respond in the am and said he would send a video on how to lock it but never did. No apologies were offered for our sleepless night and inconvenience. If you need a video to lock the door maybe a note should be left there. The living room TV would not turn on. Couldn’t figure out how to get the icemaker to make cubes. No generic trays to make your own. The washer and dryer didn’t seem to be plugged in. I needed to dry a shirt but used in the sun instead. Although we never attempted to use it, a worker showed up to fix the dishwasher as we were leaving. On the plus, it was clean and neat and very convenient to our needs."
