Each bedroom has high-end mattresses and bedding, as our sleeping comfort is top priority. There are two king bedrooms and one queen. There is also a pack and play.

The kitchen is nicely stocked with all of our personal items for your use. Quality knives and cookware, Crate and Barrell dinnerware and flatware, and crystal stemware.

Lighthouse Point is an exclusive city. Golf Carts are allowed everywhere on the streets. It is INCREDIBLY conveniently located near several grocery stores, ENDLESS restaurants, shopping, beaches, bars, gyms, walking/biking and of course boating. The back yard is overlooked by a newly updated kitchen and a sizable dining room. Recently renovated, the house is beautifully furnished with brand new furniture. The living room has a 60" smart HDTV, and all bedrooms have 32" smart HDTVs. It has a massive on-site laundry room with brand-new high-quality washer and dryer.
For both beach loving Floridians and vacationers alike, Lighthouse Point has become one of the most desirable sought-after neighborhoods in Broward County. It is a peaceful, safe and beautiful neighborhood…the location is just perfect! Oasis Point is located east of US1/Federal Highway and minutes away from Broward County's most serene beaches, shopping, and entertainment venues. Oasis Point is conveniently located in-between the award winning “Blue Wave” beaches of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The beaches short drive or bicycle trip away.
The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped including: double sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances can usually be met with enough notice. We can do your initial grocery shopping (for a small fee) for you prior to your arrival, so you can start your enjoying your vacation the moment you walk in the door. We do provide a complimentary first round of K-Cups for the Keurig. A BBQ gas grill is also provided for your use in the backyard.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity and shower), and a custom wardrobe closet. In addition, to the king sized bed, there is a large smart TV.
The remaining 2 bedrooms each have queen sized beds, large flat screen smart TV's and custom wardrobe closets.
A second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, is complete with a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilet.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plan. The dining table seats 8. The living room has a flat screen smart tv, sleeper couch, love seat and an accent chair. Comcast cable package and Wi-Fi is included.
This house is set up primarily for guest use; nobody else lives on the property. All areas of the house, private back yard and front yard is available for guest use only. Expect maintenance workers (pool cleaner, landscape crew) once a week.
SURVEILLANCE / CAMERAS: The entire front of the house is monitored by video cameras to prevent parties, unauthorized guests, vandalism, theft etc. There are no cameras in the backyard or inside of the house.
PARKING
Parking is plentiful. There is a covered carport and circular driveway, right in front of the entry door, with no need to walk any distance from your vehicle to the entrance, and no stairs.
There are two trash cans – one for regular trash and one for recycling. Trash is picked up twice a week, trash cans need to be placed on the curb on these days and put away after collection.
Groceries: If you would like to have the initial groceries delivered to the house prior to your arrival, it can be arranged for a small fee. We will send a list of items, and ask that you send back the request to us 36 hours prior to your arrival.
The tenant will reimburse the homeowner for the cost of the groceries (receipt will be provided) plus a convenience fee.
The pool is heated however we do charge a small daily fee for each day the heater is used to help with electrical costs. Details provided in contract.

Please supervise your children and pets in the backyard and do not leave them alone in the backyard. This is for their safety as well as the safety of maintenance workers. Expect landscaping and maintenance workers at least once a week, sometimes they may leave a gate open while mowing the lawn.

Please do not flush floss, wipes (even if it's "flushable") or any foreign objects down the toilets as it Will cause a blockage.

Please respect our home and belongings and keep the house in as clean as possible state at all times to prevent damage to our property.

The host lives nearby but usually does not need to meet the guest at check-in or check out. Access is completely private via the front door and self check in is made easy with a code to a smart lock. The code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you on the day of and shortly before check-in. We are certified in EPA approved COVID-19 cleaning. This is completed before and after each guest arrives at the house. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and masks are available upon request.

Rental agreement will be sent to guest one week prior to check in. Rental agreement must be signed and returned to us. Check in information will not be released until this is received. Check in information will be texted 8 hours before check in.

- "Here is a full detailed description of this great home located in a safe and desirable neighborhood in Lighthouse Point, Fl. First, the host was absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond on all emails/texts. The house was spotless upon arrival. From the outside it looks small but when you go through the front door, it was much bigger than expected. The kitchen was full with all the essentials needed to cook. The family room when you first walk in the house had a very comfortable couch and there was also a large living room towards the back of the house with another comfortable couch. There were brand new TVs in every room of the house with Roku as the TV service. The bedrooms were big and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were also very clean with beautiful showers. The backyard was also great with a decent size pool and nice size patio with a pretty much brand new grill. The laundry room was in the garage which they supplied us with laundry detergent. We stayed here with 8 total people. It was plenty of room for all of us. They had a few board games, an Alexa, a mini disco light ball, cornhole boards, and a couple of floats for the pool. This house is pretty much off of Rt.1 and is less than 10 minutes from the Deerfield Beach beaches. We had one minor issue with the kitchen faucet and after I texted the host with the issue, there was a maintenance man there within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Overall I give this house 5 stars!"

7. Maximum of 2 VEHICLES may be parked in the driveway. Do NOT park on the street. Do NOT park on the grass or lawn. The city has STRICT ordinances against this, and the guest will be responsible for any fines due to violation. Cars found to be parked on the grass will be subject to a $100 fee for each vehicle and their booking may be subject to cancellation.

The space
Our house have been recently renovated and freshly painted inside. All new furniture inside as well as on our backyard.
There are 3 smart TVs (one in each bedroom) where you can access your favourite networks. We are currently working on getting cable TV with basic Chanel’s.

There’s an easy access to our beautiful private backyard from screen patio at the back of the house as well as a walkway along the side of the house.
Other things to note
There’s a nice small marina walking distance from our house with a few really nice restaurants, one of which is the oldest in town. You need to take a small boat ride to get to it because it’s situated on a small private island.

Walking in to the house on your right Bedroom #1 with a large king size bed. To the left you'll find a cozy play area with changeable games table consisting of 3 games. In the center of the home you'll find chefs kitchen surrounded by double island on one side overlooking the game area and on the other an open concept dining and family room. Going through a short hallway to the left you'll find an amazing kids room with 4 bunk beds, that can also carry an adult. Across from the kids room is the full bath. Further down a hall is the office arear that will carry you down to the large master bedroom with its own full bath. Every room of the house has its own smart TV with Netflix. Coming out from the family area through one of the three French doors you'll find a large always baby blue heated pool. Across from the pool you'll find a pool house that has a half bath on one side and a full bedroom on the other, air conditioned and with a large smart TV.

- "Nice house and nice area. Close to everything. House needed more cleaning but property management very responsive and had taken care of next day. Hot tub 105 degrees, scalding to skin and jacuzzi personnel could not fix it so it did not get used, disappointed because this was one attraction for house. There needs to a better communication about garbage and recycle pickup days. Wall info inside house says garbage pickup Monday and Thursday which is correct but recycle pickup in house says Tuesday, recycle bin says Thursday and message from property manager says Monday. Need to be consistent for future renters. Property management very responsive for our issues and I would rent again"

We have created this house rules sheet to preserve the integrity of your stay and future stays while also respecting the home and neighborhood! Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!

Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us to let us know.
We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.

Check-in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.

Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking. Prior to leaving please place a load of regular towels and beach towels to wash. This will help our cleaners get a heads start for our next guest. There are always a total of 8 TidePods for use. 6 for our guests to use if desired and 2 for this last required load. *You will not be charged for the use of the last 2 TidePods for the required wash.*

*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Security
When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 3 outdoor camera devices. The cameras are located in the following common areas: the entryway by the front door, backyard and side of the house. Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.

Deposit
A security deposit may be required to reserve the home, depending on a few various factors. Please reach out to us prior to booking to find out if we will require one for your stay. The deposit is held to prevent damages/inconveniences from occurring. The deposit will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:

*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*No excessive cleaning is required
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.

Any types of damages or inconveniences that occur like the ones listed above will be subject to additional fees.

Items Available Upon Request
The following items may be available upon request but are not guaranteed and must be requested within at least 48 hours in advance: mosquito net, boardgames, children's dinnerware, highchair, outlet covers, pack-n-play, table corners, window guards, bread maker, luggage drop off. Additional charges for certain items may apply.

Identification Required
Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking (if booking in advance) or prior to entering the premises if you have a reservation starting soon to the AIRBNB chat. Please note if this is not provided we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.

Locals Booking With Us
If you’re a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed to us. Failure to do so can lead to us canceling your reservation without a refund.

Parking
Our driveway will allow for 2 vehicles parked outside and 1 in the garage. Please DO NOT PARK on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. We will not be responsible for any parking tickets, parking boots, or towed vehicles.

Pets
YES! We have finally decided to allow pets into our home. There will be a $20 flat fee per night rate for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. We do not have a weight restriction or type of pet restriction. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Should you bring more than 2 please reach out as depending on the situation we may be able to accommodate you. Please ensure that you are following all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to your pets.

Please ensure that you clean up after your furry family members. We will apply an excessive cleaning fee to unreasonably dirty homes. We do have a designated "Potty Area" for your pets in the backyard patio. However, it is YOUR responsibility to pick up after your pets. We want all of our guests to enjoy our patio without stepping on any unwanted surprises.

Please ensure that your pets are never left unattended outside even if the gate is locked. Please ensure that your pets are not creating a noise disturbance during your stay. If we receive more than 3 complaints, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.

Pets may NOT be on our beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Our cleaners charge us for this and so the fees will be passed along to you.

Please make sure all PET FEES are paid PRIOR to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed.

Guest Interaction
We love to meet and greet all guests when possible. However, in today’s world, we understand that most people would rather skip the pleasantries. Because of this, we offer self-check-in with a door code. Please keep in mind that we have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present an ID. As long as your guests can confirm trip details, they too can reach out to us with any questions and concerns.

Guest Access
All areas of the property are for guest use unless the garage and the doors where is a lock on it. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless we give our permission. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. This includes our cameras, noise detection devices, any previous plugged in devices that may be set with a timer for automation purposes, gateway plug-ins, and any of our locked storages/cabinets. Any violation of the above rules can result in immediate termination of your stay.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 6. However, we may be willing to accommodate additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest if we have the proper resources available. We cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request but please reach out to us prior to booking as we view this on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized Guests
Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, there are no unauthorized guests allowed to stay overnight. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless it was previously agreed upon from us when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking.
