The only criticism I have is that there is no public toilet or changing cubicle, so whilst you are welcome to continue to use the facilities after you check out, if you need the toilet or wish to change in private, you need to go to the Publix supermarket a few minutes away to do so. Otherwise, it was faultless."

The master has a king bed, second bedroom a twin and a queen bed and the sofa in the great room that opens to queen size.
The dining room seats six but a slider to the air conditioned lanai also has a table for four. The bedrooms each have HDTV's and the living area has a Big Screen HDTV and Xfinity secure internet. The full kitchen has all the appliances such as microwave, toaster and blender. Enjoy the pool deck area with many chaises as well as a table to dine poolside. The weber gas grill is ready for steaks or shrimp skewers. The LED pool light changes colors and gives a truly dramatic atmosphere during evening hours around the pool. The garage area has been turned into a large game room with table tennis, darts and comfy seating as well as washer and dryer for your use. The Publix supermarket, drug store and adult beverage shop is just a five minute drive. The location of this home is perfect to take in all that south Florida has to offer.

The space
If you want to feel at home, this place is for you! There’s a dozens of rentals in LBTS and very few compare to the detail and convenience of this one. Tons of bright and natural light, fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, and close to everything. Trust us when we say the difference between walking 3 homes to the beach vs. 10+ homes is a game changer :). Our home is on the beach access road.

Leave your stuff at home! We have beach chairs, large beach towels,a cooler, beach umbrella, games, baby beach toys, small cart for taking things to the beach BBQ grill, condiments, football/tennis/basketball, and more. Everything is fully equipped. We provide an abundance of staples, from paper towels to aluminum foil, coffee pods, condiments, sunscreen. Feel free to use whatever you'd like. If something is missing or broken upon arrival that our cleaner missed, text us and we'll have it there within an hour!

This isn't your typical stale property - we live here 2 months out of the year and everything in the place is remodeled to our liking (new TVs, subzero refrigerator, washer/dryer, games, golf putting game, comfortable beds that are electric with tempurpedic toppers, full kitchen, multiple coffee machines, etc!).

Place is perfect for 2 couples and 4 guests. Split Floorplan in the house, giving tons of privacy to each bedroom. Both rooms have a desk for working. We provide a pack n play, high chair baby bath for our small
Children.
It's a smaller place but can squeeze 6-7 with 2 on the couch (extra linens provided). We also have a very nice blow up mattress.
No parties late into the evening. Having people over is fine, as is playing music/etc, but it's not a party house. We allow dogs but must declare pets prior to approval, if your pet sheds, please keep off the furniture.

While we personally love pets and fully understand and respect the need for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), we must unfortunately prohibit all pets and ESAs in our rental unit. The owner’s family has members with severe allergies to animal hair, and this presents significant health concerns for them.

Service Animals:
We recognize that Service Animals are not subject to the same restrictions as pets or ESAs. However, due to the severity of the allergies present in the household, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation. If you require a Service Animal for your stay, we encourage you to consider alternative accommodations.

Second floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.

Loved the neighborhood and the walkability - just couple blocks to the beach, the restaurants, and the Publix grocery store. In fact did not have (or need) a car for most of our stay. We did use the local shuttle which was a fun option to uber. The apartment was updated and bed was comfortable. Just wish the pool was more heated as really too chilly for comfortable adult use. And would have liked a desk or table in the bedroom, as we were both working virtually for most of the time. Would recommend"
