- "We really liked this place. We got there at 3 in the morning so I wish I hadn’t of changed my check in time to that day. We got charged for a day we wasn’t even there, but that was our fault, not the owners. It has a nice little set up. Good place to sit and eat dinner. Nice little living room with a couch, love seat, and recliner. My only issue was the wifi service down in the living room. The wifi was really bad down there. We could not watch TV down there without it freezing up. I contacted the owner but they said that no one had ever complained about it before. I would suggest a router extender for the place. I bought one for $50 but could not use it cause it was a shared wifi. Anyways, I could see that they were doing work still on the place. It looks like the ceiling had recently been fixed but that wasn’t any bother beyond just looks. The upstairs had 2 bedrooms and a nice size bathroom. Two problems with this though…..we could only use one of the bedrooms as the other was locked. Didn’t like that due to the fact that a big mirror was on the wall with the locked bedroom. I asked about that and they said it had supplies in it. It was just weird to me. Secondly, the bathroom shower head was taped into the wall. Had never seen anything like it. The bedroom we slept in was great. Also, VRBO site says hot tub as well but there was not one. But we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully they fix the things I mentioned. I’d give it a 4 out of 5."

- "The car-free "feature" of the property is the main reason I'll never stay here with my family again. Add 25 minutes to any in/out you may need to do as a guest as you wait for a golf cart to pick you up, wait as you're driven to the front office, wait in line for the valet and finally wait for your car to arrive. This process is marketed as a way to keep the grounds peaceful. The golf carts all beep when backing up. It would be funny if it weren't like 300/night.They're in the middle of a renovation so I won't speak to the accommodations other than I feel like I paid for the next guy to enjoy his suite.In general, poorly managed and we'll find a different place to stay when visiting our friends in Wesley Chapel."

This is a 4 bedroom house that has 2 full bathrooms, a picturesque backyard with water views and plenty of wildlife, and outdoor seating. Our neighborhood is safe and very well kept, and our neighbors are friendly.

Guests have access to a private bedroom with key lock, a shared bathroom , laundry room, hallway kitchenette, water cooler, patio, backyard, and free parking in driveway or in front of house. The kitchen and living room are shared and kept clean. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, pots, pans, plates and utensils. They key fob gives access to the community pool and recreation area, which has sun loungers, a basketball court, picnic tables, a corn toss, and children’s play area. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas available for guests in the garage by request.

The entire townhome is yours to enjoy. You have so many restaurants around you to choose from since you are right by the premium outlet mall. Quick access to the freeway and a quick drive to the crystal lagoons. This host will get your first entrance into the lagoon complimentary! Friday-Sunday. This townhouse has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms a full size kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates ect..you need to cook and feed a family of six. You also have a one car garage and driveway.

The space
You don't have to settle for just a room. You get a whole private townhouse fully furnished including kitchen supplies. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway a few steps away from the bedrooms all three bedrooms are spacious with closets. The laundry room is upstairs with a side by side washer and dryer the third 1/2 bath is downstairs in the living room. A 1/2 bath means that it only has a bathroom and a sink to wash your hands. The kitchen is spacious and the patio is facing a beautiful lagoon and has a view of the pool in the distance. The garage is attached and fits one car and a second car can park in the driveway for free. Parking is not allowed on the street.

The pool is gated. The community is well lit easy to get around and has onsite security cameras including the pool for added protection. The pool is accessible so as long as the HOA is not servicing or fixing something. The walking trails are on the right side of the community if you are facing into the community through the front gate. Open from 7:30am to 9:30pm

No formal check in process needed we have a coded entry and you will be able to come and go at your leisure check in time is anytime after 2pm and check out time is at 11am. No events or parties allowed. No loud music or noise after 9pm. We are pet friendly.

If you would like to use the resort’s main swimming pool, you can purchase a day pass which is $20 for adults and $15 for children.
