We are a 501-3 animal sanctuary that focuses on critically endangered animals, and also offers permanent houses to many different species of wildlife, and farm animals. We have many different species of animals that you would normally only be able to see at the zoos like our New Guinea singing dog, rock hyraxes, foxes, and Patagonia cavy. Come relax and enjoy the quiet life of county living. We have many animals that you are able to interact with, and we are also right off of Trilby rd where many cyclists enjoy training on some of the rare hills in Florida.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The apartment is about 1000sq feet with all the convences of home. Stay for the night or stay for a couple of weeks!! We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife sanctuary here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway

This beautiful well kept travel trailer sits on a beautiful acre lot, with it's own fenced in area. It has it's own water, power, and septic hook up. There is a huge covered deck out front with a fire pit. It is a perfect little get away.

This travel trailer is located near multiple (at least 11) wedding venues, Tree Hoppers, Kumquat festival, Rattlesnake Festival, Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park, Snowcat Ridge, Seratoma Youth Ranch, and Bug Jam.

The travel trailer will sleep 10 comfortably. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen, 3 TV's, and both kitchens fully stocked. The rental also includes clean linens.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 closets. The second bedroom is a bunkhouse that sleeps 4. The common area has a comfy sofa that folds out into a full size bed. The dinette transforms into another full size bed.

The fenced in area is 50x40 feet. It has a beautiful huge Oak Tree that provides a lot of shade. It makes for the perfect vacation yard for your fur baby.

We are a small family run 501c-3 wildlife sanctuary. During your stay you will be able to see many unique and critically endangered animals, like a Patagonia Mara, a New Guinea Singing Dog, Lemurs, Wolfdogs, African Wildcats, critically endangered sheep, pheasants, peacocks, different wild breeds of ducks, the smallest and largest breeds of bunnies, horses, mouflon sheep, and much more.

Our farm is located in one of the few hilly areas of Florida, with the Trilby Trails just minutes away. Duck Haven is a private pet friendly studio apartment whose closest neighbors are a well behaved flock of crittically endangered sheep. It features a queen size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 4 guests. We have provided all the things that you might need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We have a convection oven, microwave over, hot plate, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator inside the apartment for all your cooking needs. *Please note that we do not have a kitchen sink. Dishes will need to be washed in the bathroom.*

Come and enjoy sitting outside by the fire pit, enjoy the wonderful display of stars, or enjoy relaxing as you watch the nearby sheep and horses as they steadily munch the grass in the pastures.

There is plenty of space to relax inside in front of the beautiful fireplace or out on the screen-covered lanai while you watch the amazing sunsets over the lake. Refresh in the private saltwater pool and recharge in the infrared chromotherapy sauna. The Space
Four bedrooms (2 primary suites), 3 full/2 half baths, lux fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, fire pit, games, library, washer/dryer, birdwatching & stargazing. Water’s Edge promises an unforgettable experience in a stunning natural setting.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, two of which are primary suites. All bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds with pillow top mattresses and luxurious bedding. Every bedroom offers gorgeous lake views, and two bedrooms come with cozy window seats — perfect spots to relax. The ground-floor primary suite has French doors that open directly onto the pool deck.

There are 3 full bathrooms (2 ensuite and 1 Jack & Jill) and 2 half bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the pool deck). Three of the bathrooms include bathtubs with showers, while the ground-floor ensuite features a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. We stock our bathrooms with plenty of amenities, including Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fluffy bath sheets. You'll also find an abundance of towels, toiletries, and extra pillows for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked, offering everything you need. We’ve also set up a lovely coffee/tea station with a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, and Nespresso Vertuo Next machine. A small selection of pods for both the Keurig and Nespresso, along with coffee creamer, sugar, and ground coffee, are provided. The kitchen boasts a center island with a 5-burner gas stovetop, a double oven, microwave, countertop ice machine, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We supply dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen counter cleaner, a new scrubby, and tea towels for your convenience.

The laundry room, located next to the kitchen, includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. A small bottle of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The lounge area features a huge wraparound couch, plus additional seating, and a wood-burning fireplace. A Samsung smart frame TV hangs above the fireplace, so you and your guests can enjoy a cozy evening with a great movie or, favorite show.

For digital nomads, our sunlit office, complete with a desk, printer, and office chair, offers the perfect work space. There is also a large selection of books and games for your enjoyment.

The screened-in pool overlooks the lake and features two large daybeds & sun loungers for relaxing poolside. A generous supply of striped pool towels is available on the pool deck for your use.

Our floating dock includes a custom kayak launch and three fishing kayaks for your enjoyment. The lake is known for being one of the best bass fishing spots in the county. Plus, the lake is private with no public access, ensuring a peaceful and quiet experience.

Access to the home is provided via an automatic electronic lock on the front door. For your security and privacy, we change the access code for each new guest.

HOUSE RULES

CHECKING IN AND OUT:
Check-in is after 3pm on your arrival date and check out is before 10am on the day of departure.

SMOKING/DRINKING:
No smoking is allowed on the interior of the home. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, vaping and e-cigarettes. No illegal or illicit substances or underage drinking is allowed on the property.

PARTIES/EVENTS:
Please note that we are not zoned, licensed or, insured for parties or, events. We do NOT allow any parties or events on the property.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
All guests must be registered on your vrbo booking. Guests on the property must be limited to those registered on your booking. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and may require an additional fee.

QUIET HOURS:
Out of respect for our neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.

PARKING:
The driveway is big enough to accommodate several cars. We ask that you do not park on the grass.

NO FOOD/DRINKS UPSTAIRS:
Please do not take food/drinks up to the 2nd floor bedrooms.

CAMERAS:
The home is equipped with exterior cctv cameras. There are NO cameras on the interior of the home. The exterior cameras cover the entire 360 degrees of the outside of the home from the driveway to the dock (including the pool area). They record 24 hours a day.

TAMPERING WITH EQUIPMENT:
Thank you in advance for not touching or tampering with any equipment in or around the home including but not limited to the pool equipment, internet router, smoke detectors and exterior cameras.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
We do photograph, and time stamp the home prior to a new guest checking in and after the guest checks out.

NO PETS:

Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to swim in the pool, enjoy the grounds, floating dock, fishing and kayaks.
By agreeing to stay on the property, you are agreeing to our House Rules and you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that lakes, docks, decks, stairs, and activities near and around water - both the lake and the pool - may present dangers for adults and children.

NO SWIMMING IN THE LAKE. Florida lakes are home to a variety of wildlife, including snakes and alligators, and our lake is no exception. For safety reasons, please be aware that there is no fence along the edge of the lake or the floating dock. Children and service animals must be accompanied by an adult and closely supervised at all times. Roughhousing or pushing on the dock is strictly prohibited.
For the safety of all, please refrain from feeding birds or wildlife, as this can attract alligators. We also ask that you respect the natural environment by not littering anywhere on the property or in the lake. This helps protect the abundance of wildlife on and surrounding the property.

SWIMMING POOL IS SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no running, diving, flips, bombing or rough play allowed in & around the pool. The bottom of the pool slopes from the shallow end to the deep end. If you use the pool, please be mindful of the slope. We strongly recommend the use of life jackets for children or for anyone who cannot swim or is not a confident swimmer. No animals in the pool. No glassware on the pool deck or inside the screened in pool area. There is a good selection of plastic drinkware in the kitchen cupboard above the Nespresso machine. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The owner, management and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage that may occur while using the pool.

KAYAK AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have three fishing kayaks that are located on and next to the floating dock. Life jackets and oars are stored in the cupboard on the pool deck.

All guests must always wear a life jacket while using the kayaks. By using the kayaks, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with water activities. The property owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the kayaks.

Please be aware that Florida lakes are home to a variety of wildlife, including snakes and alligators, and our lake is no exception. For safety reasons, please be aware that there is no fence along the edge of the lake or the floating dock. Children and service animals must be accompanied by an adult and closely supervised at all times. Roughhousing, running or pushing on the dock is strictly prohibited.

Please be sure to shut any gates properly that you enter through. You will be required to open & close two gates to gain access to the camper area. The camper only has the rear ac in the bedroom currently working at this time but if you keep the door open it cools the entire camper. Please note we are on a well, our water may have a different smell than city water. Please keep pets in the air bnb area only. Please keep in mind this is a farm, not the Hilton. There are dogs, cats, farm animals , roosters crowing , bugs, dirt & kids! 🤠

While you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquility, please note that you may hear occasional traffic noise from nearby Highway 301. The outdoor firepit area is stocked with one bundle of wood (subject to availability), and extra wood is available at a nearby store. Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom classic home! Nestled in the heart of Dade City, Florida. Perfectly designed for bigger families to enjoy the Florida Sun!

This home was bult in 1911 but remodeled to keep it's Dade City charm. Please keep this in mind while booking!

Right as you pull up we have 2 rocking chairs that allows you to enjoy your morning coffee on a spacious porch!

Main home first floor:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a comfortably furnished living area, complete with a huge L shaped leather couch. The layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining are, where it's big enough to cook and host all your meals. Tons of counter space over looking the huge fenced in backyard and pool area plus the kitchen island with 3 additional seats.

The first floor has 1 bedroom that is a queen bed that is adjacent to the main floor bathroom/ laundry room that's equipped with an amazing tub to relax in when bathing.
The kitchen, living room and main floor bedroom all connect in one big circle on the main floor. (The garage is locked and not usable to guests)

Second floor upstairs:
The upstairs has the master room with a queen bed and there is 2 additional rooms that offer comfort and privacy for up to 5 more guests in total with the queen in bedroom 3 and full/twin bunk bed in bedroom 4. All offering plush bedding, ample storage, and modern amenities.

Backyard:
Step outside to discover your own private oasis, featuring a sparkling, fenced pool and natural landscaping with a spacious patio area perfect for outdoor entertaining. The pool area has 2 additional lungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sun while water side.

- *Please note that this is an open pool, which means we don't have a lanai to always keep out leaves and other debris. Weekly pool care comes on Monday or Tuesday and we leave a long skimmer to be used in the case more than normal amount of leaves have fallen into the pool. The filter and levels of the pool will always be checked and up to par*

We provide a pack N play and children's booster seat for family accommodations if needed!
