Awesome location ." - "Excellent location on beach" - "Happy to see upgrade being made to the Bilmar...saw LOTS of mattresses being switched out for new ones, construction going on in front of the building, which was right outside our door!! lol We were usually awake by the time they started to it wasn't a problem. The ladies at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful...Shawna (I think!!) was extremely nice and polite when we checked in and more than helpful when asked for recommendations for a pedi, massages, and the best place to watch the boat parade!! The Bilmar is so conveniently located. We only stayed 2 nights but once we parked the car, we never drove anywhere until we checked out!!! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!!!"

- "Very good " - "very good" - "I could not say enough good things about this place. People were so nice, short walk to beach, nice pool. Room was clean and had everything we needed. For a family of 4 it was soooo spacious. Unfortunately with the corona virus we decided to leave early and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and gave us a refund. For that alone I would stay again. I thought that showed how much they really cared about their guests. Close walk to everything (unless you have small children then you need to drive some of the places). Check out Johns Pass. - "The property may be a bit overpriced for the condition, if you’re wanting 5 star - keep looking BUT, the staff was amazing, the rooftop bar was amazing, the marina view was amazing and the location was amazing! The public beach entry is right across the street, plenty of bars/tiki huts/restaurants all right there in the immediate area. We visited the tiki hut across the street at the Thunderbird, the beach, R Bar, Walgreens, a souvenir shop, and made two runs up to Clearwater (30 minute drive) for more shopping and restaurants. The staff recommended the St Pete Pier to the south which was really fantastic, a sunset cruise near Clearwater, which we did, and it was wonderful! I can not say enough about location and staffing!"

- "Love this place always a great place to stay" - "Quick couple days to start spring break. Front desk staff (Hi Michelle) were great! Having water and coffee ready all day was perfect and kids enjoyed grabbing ice cream from the lobby store. Loved the live entertainment and the frozen drinks from the tiki bar. They are continually working to improve the property and its location and price was perfect for what we wanted. Hope to make our way back another time. Only thing to note was the small - dare I say tiny- bathroom. If you are over 5 10” - showering has to be next to impossible. No exhaust fan either. "

Convenient hang out area was good because upper floor units have no porch area. There is also a few charcoal grills there. (You supply).Kitchen was sufficient enough to cook basic meals. Realize if you’re in the upper units the bathroom is in the bedroom, but that’s only important if you have non family members on your pullout, which is “full” size. Full length mirror in bedroom, could use a smaller one under the raised TV. Overall a great stay as we house hunted for a month. John’s pass with lots of food and shopping is a half mile walk over a bridge. Beach is across the highway and I brought my own chairs for that."

This spacious one-bedroom condo has been completely updated with a combination of beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all you need to prepare a delicious meal. A spacious living room is open to the kitchen to provide a perfect atmosphere for socializing. The bedroom features a king bed and lots of natural light. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa to allow up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. For added convenience we provide free WiFi, parking and there is a washer/dryer in the condo. Unwind at the waterfront pool and imagine yourself on vacation just a little while longer.

Westwinds Resort is located 400 feet from the beach access, just a few steps from a Publix grocery store and a variety of gifts shops, restaurants and bars. The property features lots of great amenities, such as a large waterfront pool, outdoor picnic and BBQ area and three fishing docks. Boat slips are available to pick up/drop off your friends for some fun on the water. No car needed if you stay at this amazing place!

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all! Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.

This comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at Land’s End is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! Light and airy unit with pastel colors and comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and you will also have your own washer and dryer in the condo for your use. This condo provides you with views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides.
