There were TV's in every room and had access to all inter-net providers. The confusing issue was from our TV provider at home(Spectrum) to understanding the You-Tube service. We were provided the necessary info from the owner to adapt ourselves to the features of viewing the local TV channels. My wife and I are seniors and found the main bath tub had a depth that required a high entrance to get in and there were no bath mat of antislip pieces on the floor. I had to use the garage shower with a low entrance to be safe. Each day we enjoyed the deck on the water in very quiet neighborhood"

It is centrally located in Holiday and close to many attractions including Tarpon Springs, famous sponge capital of the world and many wonderful restaurants like Rusty Bellies and Hellas Bakery Restaurant. Key Vista Nature Park, Anaclote Gulf Park, and Anaclote River Park beach are very close. Clearwater Beach is just 27 miles south. Mantee State Park is north where the Manatees frequent! Disney is 1:45 away. Busch Gardens Park 34 mi. There are a couple grocery stores near by and a CVS pharmacy.

There is a 50 inch RokuTV, no cable with Wi-Fi streaming using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for your apps.

Dixie Gardens is a quiet residential neighborhood. It`s just half a mile off of US 19 which is a major roadway with tons of food and shopping options. For parking, the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. It`s a residential street so there isn`t too much traffic other than neighbors.

We have a strict non smoking policy. Smoking isn`t allowed in home or anywhere on the property.

TV`s are smart TV`s and are able to be used with all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, Etc.) Local cable isn`t available, but the TV`s have streaming apps for the local news channels.

There is an electric indoor fireplace in the main living room. It`s operated by a switch on the TV Stand.

The garage door is currently damaged so it is not operable. You still have access to it and are free to use the garage as storage space, but will not be able to park a car in there.
Please close and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave the home.

Quiet hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM – 8 AM.

It is a 2 bedroom home but the large Florida sun room truly makes it feel like a 3 bedroom home. The open concept layout is very spacious and there is plenty of room to relax on the patio in the front and back of the home.

- "After being displaced from Hurricane Helene, we needed a place for us and our 3 medium dogs. This property has a great big back yard for the dogs. Although damages had occurred with the fence on one side, the property manager blocked off this area with panels. The communication was great and we would have stayed longer had the property been available for the additional time we needed. Thanks Blaine!!"
