Nice two bedroom bungalow type home located on Hernando Beach with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and a floating dock for your boat. Cannot get any closer to the water than Sea-renity has to offer. Whole house has been totally renovated and is nicely decorated to give you that "beachy" feeling as soon as you arrive. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, and new flooring has been put down in the Florida room. We offer 1 king bed, two twin beds, a new futon and blow-up air mattress. We have a new sofa with two recliners and a reclining chair, all electric.

Sea-renity offers everything you'll need for your extended stay or getaway. Washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, towels, ironing board, hair dryer....the list goes on and on. We have tried to have everything in place for our guests.

The pool can be heated at your request. The fee is $50 per day, excluding check-in and checkout day. The pool heater will be set to 85 degrees. It will stay between 77 and 85 degrees, depending on the weather. If the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees the pool temperature will likely drop as well. It doesn't heat up to hot tub temperature but it definitely makes it more comfortable.

Seaside Sunsets is our oceanside getaway in Aripeka, an old fishing town full of history and character! Aripeka is located between Spring Hill, Hernando Beach and Hudson providing plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy during your stay!

Enjoy kayaking, fishing off the nearby bridges, or just stay in and watch the Sunset! Launch the kayaks from our yard and explore the Gulf of Mexico or paddle over to the river and springs nearby! We have equipped our patio and back deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for cookouts.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the Bedroom, a futon in the living room, and an additional queen air mattress if needed. The home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a vacation getaway and starter toiletries.

We have incorporated a dedicated workspace and free wifi for those who may need to work during their stay. All of the TV's are equipped with Roku for streaming as well!

The weeki wachee and gulf is within a few mins drive. The property is very relaxing and uniquely exciting at the same time directly on the fresh water canal. It is a beautiful pink octagon-shaped home with a spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom isolated on the 3rd floor with spectacular views of the gulf! Sunrise and sunset are amazing from atop this perch! There is freshwater access with a dock, complete with a ladder for swimming in the clear blue spring water, as well as separate steps to load up on kayaks or a paddleboard (located on the property for use). The kitchen, living room and both bedrooms have USB outlets for charging electronics. There is a queen bed in the master, full in the second bedroom, a pull out queen sofa, a twin size blow-up mattress and a playpen. There are two restaurants located on the canals to paddle too and access can be gained to the ocean with a walk over a bridge. At night guests can enjoy the Adirondack chairs beside the water or sit inside the screened-in porch area for a nightcap or cup of coffee.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and is perfect for walking or biking. That main road has sidewalks for walking or biking around the entire community.

The property is down the street from the bait shop, boat rental and fishing charters. There is a lot of shopping. There are numerous grocery and clothing stores within 5 miles, a fresh seafood store within walking distance and we also have two convenient stores locally. If your tastes lean toward more upscale eating choices, Brian's Place has a fabulous mixture of Cuban/Italian Fusion entrees, incredible desserts, and periodic local live music with dancing on the outdoor patio. The Old Port Cove restaurant is also fantastic. It has a huge outdoor boat-shaped bar with numerous tables overlooking the water. The restaurant has a unique blend of both upscale dining choices, or sit outside by the water, watch the turtles surface for food, and relax and enjoy a hamburger and a beer. Turtle watching is a must at the Cove and we have seen many gators there! The Cove also has live music on weekends and plenty of space to kick off your shoes and dance.

Other local restaurants are "The Upper Deck", located right on the Weeki Wachee River and "The Bayport Inn", both 3-5 miles away. There are your typical and popular chain restaurants, including Cheddars, Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, Bonefish Grill, Five Guys, etc. If you are a veteran, VFW Post 9236 is within walking distance and it has a cool outdoor deck on the water. It is also accessible by boat or Kayak.

The property is located less than 2 hours away from Orlando and all the major attractions including Disney, Epcot, Universal, and Waterparks. Head an hour or so south, and you have the best white sandy beaches in the USA. About an hour south, there is Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island, and Fort DeSoto Park.
