The NON-SMOKING 2BR/2B Condo is a Gulf Front Unit located in Building #3, on the 6th Floor. It sleeps 6 and offers the comforts of home at every level within the 950 AC/Heated sq. ft. Unit. The Unit is provided with HD Cable TV, WIFI/Internet through out and Ceiling Fans in all rooms. It is professionally cleaned and sanitized to promote Health Safety for our Guests. Please, NO PETS!

The Living Room has a Queen size Leather Sleeper Sofa, a Leather Love Seat and a 48” Flat Screen TV with DVD Player. It has what appears to be Hardwood Floors, but is actually ceramic tile. It features an AMAZING view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the balcony where you will find 4 high top chairs along with a high top table. The Wildlife/Marine Life (Birds, Pelicans, Ducks, Manatee & Dolphin) can be seen from the balcony if you keep a sharp lookout.

The Master Bedroom has wall to wall ceramic tile, a King size bed (with pillow top mattress), 32” Flat Screen TV, closet, ample drawer space and access to the balcony. The Private Master Bath has walk in shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink.

The Second Bedroom has wall to wall ceramic tile, two Twin Beds, 32” Flat Screen TV, closet and ample drawer space. The Private 2nd Bath has a Tub/Shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink. This area also features a Washer/Dryer (only a few Units offer this amenity), Iron/Ironing Board.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and all the cooking extras a chef could possibly need. It also has a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Slow Cooker and Cutting Board. It has all Frigidaire Appliances; Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Self-Cleaning Range, Dishwasher, Microwave and Garbage Disposal. It features a Granite Counter, ceramic back splash through out and wood cabinets.

The Dining Area has a dinette with glass top that seats four. In addition, the Kitchen Counter has seating for two.

The complex offers an extra large Swimming Pool (over looking the Gulf of Mexico), Charcoal Grill & Picnic Area, Tennis Courts, lots of shore line for fishing and a walking trail along the waters edge of approx 1 mile in length. The Club House has a Large Screen TV, Game Room (including a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table), Library (with an assortment of reading material), Fitness Room (with workout equipment & weights) and Locker Room. There are also coin operated Washer/Dryers on each of the even (2, 4, 6, & 8) number floors.

There are several outstanding local Restaurants within a few minutes drive of the Condo: Get Hooked (14333 Crab Trap St.), Gianni’s Pizza Pub (7107 Clark St.), Sam’s Beach Bar (6325 Clark St.), Inn On The Gulf (6330 Clark St.), Overtime Sports Bar (7736 SR 52), and the best Ice Cream at Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor (6930 Clark St.).

Beautiful newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom waterfront home located in the Sea Ranch community of Hudson, FL. The home is located on a deep water canal system with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. A private dock and ample driveway space allows guests the option to bring a boat or rent one from the marinas located within the canal system. A public boat launch is less than a mile away. There are also several charter boats in the area that offer fishing, diving and snorkeling experiences. Only 2 miles to Hudson Beach, less than 5 miles to SunWest Park & Lift Adventure Park, and 10 miles to Robert K Rees Memorial Park beach. Adult and youth size life jackets, beach towels, chairs, beach cart, large rolling Coleman cooler, beach/pool toys, and fishing rods are available for guests to use. The rental also includes four sea kayaks to explore the wildlife and keys of the Gulf, a quick paddle from the home.
Hudson Beach is only five minutes away, which offers great waterfront dining options. There are plenty of additional restaurants nearby that serve fresh local seafood and great take out or delivery options are also available. Fresh seafood markets are close by offering plenty of seafood options "straight off the boats." Similarly, Homosassa’s multiple springs are crystal clear and serve as a warm water shelter for manatees from October through April. Visitors can dive for bay scallops during the open summer season when scallops migrate to the area to spawn. Each person can harvest up to 5 gallons of scallops per day. Visit Sister Springs where swimmers can pass through short underwater tunnels carved in limestone by the force of the springs, or float down stream in tubes in a natural lazy river in a beautiful, scenic setting.

Welcome to Gulf Island. A true resort paradise with countless palm trees surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, full of Dolphins, Manatees, Ospreys, and Pelicans and where the sunsets are absolutely beautiful!!

This one-bedroom condo is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated with beautiful wood-like floors and separate slider doors off living room and bedroom. The furniture is clean and comfortable with 2 recliners, and a couch that can open to sleep one person. The living room has a large "50" flat screen TV. Best of all this condo includes FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI and INTERNET.

There is a small dining table with 2 chairs just off the granite/tiled kitchen. You’ll have a brand new (purchased in 2022) large washer and dryer!! and plenty of closet space. The bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached updated bathroom, a walk-in shower and and huge granite vanity.

The kitchen, having beautiful cabinets, comes equipped with all the conveniences: over-stove microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal along with the needed cooking supplies: coffee pot, towels, dinnerware, etc.

BUT cleanliness is the focus on the entire condo. We use disinfectants and hot water on all washable items all the way to the remote control.

But most importantly, you’ll feel safe as the entire complex is lighted and gated with guards at entry to monitor and authorize all visitors. The island has many video cameras inside and out to ensure all is safe and sound. The landscape is manicured, clean, secured and well maintained.

A bonus is your own parking spot in the 24-hour lighted garage very close to the elevators. You'll never get caught in the rain! Not everyone has this feature and they must use the outdoor parking spaces.

This unit is perfect for traveling medical professionals. There are many hospitals nearby, with Bayonet Point being just 3 miles away. Morton Plant is located just 10 miles south in New Port Richey and there are many more in Spring Hill and Trinity.

Retirees can sit back and relax and enjoy the mornings on the private balcony and watch the aquatic life while drinking coffee or watch the beautiful sunset every evening.

If you want to be active, you can ride bikes, kayak, or walk on the island's nature scenic trail where you can fish along the Gulf of Mexico. Several tennis courts are available on the property for tennis or pickle ball.

The fitness center has commercial grade equipment where you can exercise and simultaneously enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf and watch the dolphins play. But my favorite feature, is the HEATED Olympic size swimming pool just outside the back door. It is wonderful in the winter! AND, if you like big beaches, there are many of them with the most popular being Clearwater Beach just 28 miles south.

There's plenty of great in and outdoor seafood restaurants nearby with and without nightlife. In my opinion, the best seafood restaurants are just around the corner from our complex. Watercraft rental is in walking distance that offers boats, fishing, jet ski and kayak rentals.

Once you’re here, you’re going to find this little island to be the perfect staycation.
The social atmosphere is welcoming. People are friendly and always looking for participants to play pickleball, tennis and golf. The people come from all around the world but there are also many residents that make their home here. We residents are proud of our little paradise and want our home to be clean, safe and stay beautiful.

Sometimes special parties are scheduled in the community room or in the beach area. They have educational speakers, at times, book clubs and many more activities.

Please note: This condo is new on the rental market and therefore has few reviews yet. But you won’t be disappointed! It’s gorgeous, fun and relaxing. I know, because I use to live there.

- "Just like the photos . Easy checkin and keyless entry. This was a beautiful condo and the patio was the best part! Had all the comforts we needed for cooking, etc. Comfy furniture outside as well as inside complete with recliner couches, beds were comfy and both king size, plenty of room and closet and drawer space. and just not a bad thing to say about this condo. The view was amazing being on the very top. The pool was awesome and refreshing everyday. Everyone we met was nice and we had an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again and again! Only one thing I would say to families is this isn’t a place to stay with small children. Beautiful condo with lots of glass and pretty things that would not be a good choice with little kiddos. Grownups will love it though!"

- "The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They even ordered kitchen towels when we needed some, plus a new toy for our dog! Once weather warmed up, we launched our boat at the public Hudson marina and drove it over to their dock to tie it up. We used it to tour the homes in the area, did some fishing, saw stingrays in the bay, drove to Durnee Key and saw dolphins and the stilt houses. Took the golf cart to town a couple of times to visit Ollies, Sams and The Shack. We had a few technical issues (non-techie) but they worked with us to resolve right away. We cannot say enough good things about this home and the hosts. So much so, we tried to rebook for next year but sadly it was already taken. "

Lanai - The in ground pool lanai is set amongst palms and banana trees, great sun and shade, just steps from your private villa suite. The new blue and white coquina tiled spacious pool has a new professional electric heating system that will always keep your toes warm. There are several dining areas and chaise lounge chairs with a large gas grill all under screen. A beautiful place to read or soak in the sun or just float all day!

When we tell you that you will see Dolphins, Manatees and Bald Eagles while you sit on the Florida Plantation style front porch, we mean it! Mother’s Day was a treat for me as a Mother and her baby Dolphin came to our water steps and spent an hour swimming back and forth enjoying our company as much as we loved theirs! Many of our guests meet them while staying here, listen for their sprays and spouts!
