The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. - "The property owner was very quick to respond, the place was cozy and had a great setup. I have never stayed in a place before where they had everything you could ever need, toiletries and such! The check in and out process was easy and the pool in the neighborhood was super close so we didn’t have to walk far! My only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm, but for such a good price and location it was no big deal! Would definitely recommend!"

Plans didn’t work out as we were hoping, so we ended up getting to their home later than expected. Bernie was waiting up to greet us and he showed us to our room. In the morning we had fresh coffee waiting as well as homemade pastries, and lets not forget to mention quite a nice fruit selection. We enjoyed the coffee and the homemade bread was to die for!! - "This house is small, but it is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is huge and fenced in. My dog had plenty of room to run and have fun. It’s very hard to find a house this nice that allows pets, I’m so glad that they did! My husband was at MOFFITT for surgery, and for me to come home and be with my dog in this beautiful little house was just the medicine I needed.. The property manager answered immediately when I had questions. Everything was handled quickly and she was very attentive. She checked in the first night to see how we got along and if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed, and it’s beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is friendly and it’s one block off 56th where there’s restaurants, coffee, Publix everything you need. I will definitely stay here again if we need to come to MOFFITT Cancer center anytime soon. Or a little get away with my little pup!"

Your 2nd floor room nestled amongst the oak trees features a wonderfully comfortable full-sized bed with ample pillows, 100% cotton linens and a cotton quilt underneath a remote controlled ceiling fan. There are original heart pine hardwood floors and plenty of windows to let the sun shine in.

Snuggle into the leather recliner and watch the large flat screen television with hundreds of options. If that's not your thing, then sit down to read a good book, write a postcard or use your laptop on the writing table.

Across the hall is a shared bathroom which is always pristine clean and sanitized.

We feature our own Brazilian House Blend or a deep Espresso Roast coffee which is freshly ground daily. Select from a variety of tea options and then cap one or the other off with a freshly made pastry.

The communication leading up to our stay was a bit stressful, as responses only came after VRBO customer support stepped in, which made us question the legitimacy of the listing. Overall, while the experience had its challenges and added some unexpected stress to our trip, it wasn’t a bad stay."

BARBECUE GRILL*: A propane grill has been provided for your convenience. It is to only be used on the uncovered concrete areas. Guests are responsible for cleaning before and after use. A grill utensil set is provided. Charcoal, propane, lighter fluid, matches, etc are not provided.
QUIET HOURS: All properties have quiet hours between 9 PM and 9 AM EST.
SHARED SPACES: “Zen Oasis” also shares a screened patio, propane, grill.
FURNITURE AND FLOORING: Upon checkout, all furniture must be in the location found at check-in. Charges for floor restoration will be passed to the client for any floors that are damaged.
POWER OUTAGES DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS: We live in Florida where thunderstorms happen very frequently in the summer. In rare cases, thunderstorms can cause a power outage. In the case of a power outage, it is best to sit and wait, as its usually resolved within a couple of hours.
HURRICANE POLICY: Between June and October is hurricane season (peaking in September). If a Hurricane Warning is announced and there is a mandatory evacuation, you must evacuate. We can recommend safe shelter in the area for evacuees, but for safety reasons, you cannot remain on the property. Our tablet will instruct in case of severe weather or high winds how you should prepare.
MOSQUITOS: Florida also breeds mosquitos. Around the property, you will notice orange tubes hanging from trees or the property roofline. Please do not touch as

these are helping to control the mosquitoes so that you may enjoy the outdoor amenities.
DEPOSIT: We require a deposit for any damages to the property or missing inventory. This includes make-up or suntan lotion that stains linen or towels (makeup wipes are provided). Some charges are as follows: Towels: $20, hand towels $10, wash rags $8, beach towels $25. A comprehensive inventory list and replacement cost is provided in the property guide or will be supplied upon request. If your booking website states the property will collect the deposit upon arrival, the deposit must be paid during the advanced check-in. Failure to do so will prevent you from having access to the property.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Reservations booked on all platforms with the exception of Airbnb are required to purchase a damage insurance policy from CSA Travel Protection for a separate cost of $59. Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive an email with a link to purchase the damage protection policy. Once purchased CSA Travel Protection will supply us proof of coverage. We must receive the proof of coverage at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Failure will result in cancellation of your reservation with refunds according to the listing cancellation policy. In the event the property has damages (structure, furnishings, décor, etc.) we will submit a claim.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 or uncertainty regarding your travel, we recommend on purchasing travelers’ insurance. Policies can be purchased at www.vacationprotection.com. Please refer to their website for guidelines and options.
MAINTENANCE & SERVICE: The property is serviced weekly for lawncare. Schedule is subject to change at the contractor’s discretion. We reserve the right to notify and enter the premises for emergency situations, not limited to water damage, air conditioning, appliances, and roofing.
STAYS BETWEEN 10-30 DAYS: require an additional cleaning cost of $150. Cleaning staff will tend to the property between the hours of 10A-3P EST. A date will be scheduled for the mid-reservation cleaning. Any accompanying pet will need to be created during that timeframe. Tenants are required to sign a short-term lease for stays equaling 14 days or greater.

Quite neighborhood. Easy drive to Tampa in non rush hr traffic." - "Over all the unit was good, but there is no way you are able to control the AC, which they should write in the description for this “suite” they control the AC. My husband and I felt like we were suffocating at one point in there, we asked them to please lower the AC twice, which apparently they did. A place with good cold AC in 94 degree Florida is super important for us. Especially after coming back from bush gardens, you want a nice cool place which makes everything much more comfortable. Besides all of the communication was great, easy to find, easy check in and clean."

- "Our condo could not accommodate out-of-town family for Christmas, so we booked this place in a quiet neighborhood near other family members who joined us during the day. The best thing about this home is the efficient set-up of the beds. Although we had only seven, 11 people could have slept comfortably in just 3 bedrooms—Kudos! Happily, we didn’t need the “double sleeper” in the living room—a futon not at all usable for sleeping, and uncomfortable even to sit on. Mentioned it to the host, who thanked us for telling him, so hopefully, it will be replaced. (The heated recliner was great though.) Large, open backyard was great for the guys to toss a football around, and there were a couple of games in the hall closet for the indoor guests. We added the puzzle our our group put together in the evenings. Quibbles: Kitchen table seats 5, but the place “sleeps 13…” Had to borrow a folding table for Christmas dinner. Five-cup coffee pot, and only a couple of small pots for cooking. Had to drive home to get more suitable items. Minimal furniture in the living room allowed space to bring the folding chairs in from the kitchen, as well as the small Christmas tree and all the gifts we’d brought with us. There were plenty of towels, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked. Having a washer and dryer there was much appreciated. All in all, it was a nice place for a family Christmas."

- Maintenance follows a service route each day. Maintenance cannot be scheduled (excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete). Technicians will not enter property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
