- "Beautiful ocean views from every room! Our family enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy and fast. Hope to book this beautiful property for our next vacation." - "We drove down from Texas and vacation was awesome. Family from Louisiana stayed around the same area we were but the condos that we stayed in for awesome. Pool was beautiful. The beaches were lovely. It was a great stay. I will do this again. Thanks for everything." - "The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had a good view of the ocean. Covered parking was convenient to the elevator and beach access was across the street from the resort. Beaches were clean and weren’t crowded (unlike those closer to the Pier), so that was a big plus. Unfortunately check-in took over an hour due to the Portofino office not locating a form sent in by the owner 5 days earlier. The owner resubmitted the form and we were able to get checked in after we contacted VRBO and they reached him. Once we were checking in, the resort tried to charge us additional fees so read your contract closely so you know what you’ve paid for before paying it again. I’m thinking the clerks didn’t know what they were doing. They also charge $100 for incidentals that is refunded when you check out. The resort also delayed another person who booked through a 3rd party so it appears to be their negligence. There should be a way to verify the office got the email instead of delaying guests like this."

This unit was renovated in April 2014! The entire unit was repainted in a neutral color. It was decorated in muted beach colors which are found in the natural environment of the gulf coast! The living room and dining room have been refurnished with upscale furniture that is not only very chic but also very comfortable! This was all done by a local Pensacola designer! The lay out of this unit makes it very easy to accommodate many people. All three bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom. You will also find a half bath off the kitchen and living room.

- "The view from this penthouse is amazingly beautiful. Very conveniently located right across the street from the beach and the beach across from portofino is much less crowded then down the street near the pier. The condo had plenty of dishes and silverware and was equipped with multiple dishwasher packets which is not common for many short term rentals. The rooms were beautiful- not much drawer space but we made do with what was available and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers communication was top notch! They even had a couple infant and toddler things that made it very convenient since we were traveling with a 2 month old and a 1 year old. We had a great trip, highly recommend this condo."
