(Strongly recommend Seville Quarter for at least one night out! Jaco's for casual bay front food/drinks) Easy drive to pensacola beach. (You should skip the touristy part. Drive 10 minutes down 399, literally pull over on the side of the road, grab your stuff out of the car, and walk a few hundred ft to a beautiful, uncrowded beach) Pull out of their neighborhood to the left and drive 40 minutes to Destin for one of the prettiest beaches you'll see in Florida! (Henderson State Park was great!) From their place we easily explored from Fort Pickens to Downtown Pensacola to Miramar Beach. For us, the perfect location. The Crumptons were communicative and very helpful. Even mailing a drawful of clothes back to us that we left behind! :) All in all a great stay!"

Nestled back off the road is a private paradise called Soundside Cove. This home has 1 bedroom with a large, comfortable queen sized bed, and 1 full bathroom. An equpped kitchen with all the essentials, it is sure to be a MORE than perfect stay! You will love the water, with a full fishing pier, cleaning station, and even a place for boats to dock!

The space is fresh and airy, with a beautiful balcony and views of the water. There is a private beach to swim, and a place to dock boats. We've chosen bright linens and it has a clean/beachy ambiance.

This home only has ONE parking spot, and that MUST be respected. There is some additional parking, but it will require a small walk. There are other residents in this little community, so please be aware of that.

You will love this area that's tucked away off the main roads. Perfect for walking, biking, or just relaxing on the private beach. There are public beaches nearby as well.

You can bike, walk, uber, or drive. Plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles under the house!

We do start every stay with essentials like 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap. But after the initial supply has been used, it is up to the guest to replenish on their own. This is due to the differing lengths of stay. This home is an entire apartment in a duplex located in a cul-de-sac. UNIT NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE TOO. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.

This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area short distance from grocery stores, parks (with playground equipment, pavilion with tables, soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment.

This 3/2 house (not shared) is in a subdivision which is close to Pensacola Beach. The house is one bridge away from Santa Rosa Island which is where Pensacola Beach is located. Pensacola Beach is right on the Gulf of Mexico. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants on the island. The restaurants are right on the water with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound. There are several businesses that rent jet skis and kayaks and an amusement park for climbing dare devils.

The house is a three bedroom, two-bathroom house with a covered screen patio room on the back of the house. Two bedrooms are set up as AIRBNB bedrooms, and one bedroom is set up as a work space for a visitor who needs the internet and a desk. There is WI FI throughout the house.
