POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $60/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. **Please note that this home has an overflow spa. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Driveway is 46' x 20'. Guests are not allowed to block the sidewalks. On street Parking is strictly prohibited by the HOA. Off site parking is available for an additional charge.

This is a beach cottage beauty! Truly a 'Day Dream' at the beach. Just a half block to the beautiful sugar-sand beaches of Destin Florida. Clean and well maintained throughout the interior, and new trim paint on the exterior. New tile on the upstairs wraparound balcony. New recessed lighting and trim on the lower wraparound balcony plus fresh paint. New floors on the stairs and second story, with hardwood and travertine floors on the first. Spacious 2,085 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths plus a loft in the master. The master has a king bed, futon, smart HD TV and Blu-ray player. The loft can be used as a gaming room for the kids. It has a smart TV and Blu-ray player and a day/trundle bed that sleeps two. The spacious master bath has a separate walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi/spa tub. Both downstairs bedrooms open to the backyard area which features an extensive paver-stone patio area with a huge 5-burner gas grill. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and 40 inch smart HD TV with Blu-ray player. An amazing find! We are named this cottage "Sweet Spot" because it's in just the right place to enjoy Destin with out the traffic. This beach house is located in the amazing neighborhood, Crystal Shores, in the Crystal Beach community of Destin. Located steps to the beach & still central to everything with out getting into heavy traffic!

3 bedroom 2 bath house in one of the best neighborhoods in Destin Walking distance to beach, close to shopping, food, and attractions. This area has bike rentals and bike paths. Its near the Commons Shopping Center, Whole Foods and Publix. Includes 2 bedrooms with king beds and one room with bunks and an additional trundle slide out. All rooms have high quality mattresses. Other features include front loading washer and dryer, full functioning kitchen, a great wrap around porch with BBQ grill, and access to the community pool.

- "We had a small family reunion at the Sunny D in Jan and couldn't have been more pleased with this home. It really felt home,well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were really nice with a flat screen in every bedroom. Beds were VERY comfortable, and everybody had their own bathroom. WOW. We could congregate in the family room with seating for all, or outside by the barbeque, or on the front porches. Neighborhood felt very safe with people walking their dogs and saying hello. Many restaurants to choose from, shopping at the local mall or outlet mall. Lots of things to do. Don't forget the gorgeous beach 3 minutes to walk. Be sure to catch the sunset and take some family pictures. We will always remember what a great time we had at Sunny D."

++ We have parking for a MAX of 6 vehicles per the City of Destin. Not one inch of your vehicle can extend over sidewalk or you will be fined, so plan vehicles accordingly. NO street parking, NO boats/ jet skis/ trailers of any type. They HOA is quick to write tickets/fines for any breach of neighborhood rules.
++ this is a neighborhood with some full-time residents. We do not host party groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and weddings and other events are not allowed. It's a family-friendly area. Please keep that in mind when deciding if this is a good fit for you.

What we loved about the house was the shuffleboard table and beach service so no one had to wake up early and claim our spot on the beach! My family of 18 (10 adults and 8 kids) went to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary and this house was everything we needed and more. Every family had their own bedroom/bathroom and even had the master on the first floor as a spare bedroom. which became the cozy place for the early riser kids to go and watch tv before the rest of the group woke up. Four “big kids” slept in the bunk room. Which is massive! It isn’t closed off (doesn’t have a door) which we were initially concerned about, but had zero complaints from them about noise even when adults were downstairs playing pool and shuffle board so the music on. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking and plenty of places for ordering out! The pool table and shuffleboard was being used constantly, fun for adults and kids. The outdoor pool was easily the kids favorite place. They would have stayed in it from morning to night if we let them. But we had to force them out to go to beach. Which is one of the best (if not the best) beaches I’ve ever seen. Powder soft sand and turquoise water, it was heaven. The included beach set ups (6 chairs and 3 umbrellas), set up every morning for you was amazing! And lots of extra in shed. I think the only “complaint” (more like a suggestion) we had was we wish there was a dining set of some sort outside. Lastly, I have to say that I don’t think I’ve ever left a rental in all my years of renting houses and been genuinely sad and thought to myself, “I can’t imagine never being here again”. Closing that door and leaving was so hard. So I guess that means I just have to come back! Thank you Dana!!"

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Third Floor-bunk beds We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee of $50 per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

- "We loved it! From the very moment we pulled up to the house, until the morning we left, our experience was delightful! We timed our walk to the beach at 4 minutes and only about two minutes to Camille’s, a local coffee shop. They also served lunch and dinner, had pizza and merch. Ocean Mist is, Number One, very clean! Each room is very well appointed, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is so very well equipped: coffee pot, Keurig, utensils, pots and pans. We were able to enjoy eggs and pancakes for breakfast. We didn’t watch much TV, but there were plenty of them if guests are so inclined. Porches on the first and second floors were lovely and the 3rd floor balcony afforded one an excellent view of the area. The pool provided opportunities for fun and laughter every day. We didn’t use the gas grill at the patio by the pool, but the table, chairs and umbrella had some of us there quite often. The keyless entry door kept it simple for those coming and going at different times. We had plenty of room for our three vehicles in the driveway. The lawn and landscaping is outstanding. The washer and dryer worked very nicely and we were able to clean and dry several loads of laundry. It was especially helpful in preparing our swimwear and beach towels for packing as we headed home. Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, this uniquely offered home is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons and only a few miles away from the Silver Sands Factory Outlets and Destin Harbor. Unwind at the end of the day on either one of the wraparound porches on the first and second levels, while you enjoy the sunset and watch the rest of your family and friends entertaining themselves in the huge private yard.

Inside you are greeted by an expansive open concept design that allows for plenty of space for your big group. The living area, kitchen, and dining area open to each other so the everyone can be a part of the conversation and entertainment.
Located just behind the kitchen and away from the living area, is a downstairs master bedroom option with a huge private bathroom. This downstairs master option has a King Bed and enough space to utilize the luxury rated rollaway single bed in the walk in closet.
The laundry room featured behind the custom barn door features front loading HE washer and dryer and additional refrigerator for overflow with larger groups. Just off the kitchen is another entry/exit way with a mudroom and half bath that lead you to the huge private yard next door. You are free to enjoy this space as we own both the home and this open lot next door.

The second floor offers a long hallway with the upstairs master at one end. The expansive master suite stretches the width of the house and features the only door to the private wraparound balcony upstairs. This room also features enough space for the luxury rated rollaway bed tucked away in the oversized walk in closet.
Another unique feature to this home is the third bedroom upstairs that also spans the width of the house. The room is the same size as the upstairs master suite with it's own walk-in closet. This 3rd master bedroom features a queen bed but does share a bathroom with the 4th bedroom.
*We are in the process of updating the 3rd master and are unsure if a twin size loft will be used in this room. There will be two luxury rated rollaway beds provided for this room to offer at least 4 total sleeping options in the 3rd bedroom. If we add the loft then this room would sleep 5 total.
The fourth bedroom (3rd upstairs) features a queen bed with a twin sized loft positioned perpendicular to the queen bed. This room will sleep a total of 3.

If your group needs to utilize all 15 sleeping options, a day bed and trundle with 10 inch memory foam mattresses will be available in the living space on the first level.

The spacious layout of each room ensures that your group of up to 15 has plenty of space to unwind without crowding one another.

We will be updating many of the items in the home before the home becomes available and will update with pictures once everything is in place. We plan to update the TVs and mount most if not all of them for viewing pleasure. We will be providing a Weber Genesis 310 Propane grill for your grilling convenience and will provide some form of additional outdoor seating and dining.

- "Great property with tons of room, we had a total of 15 in our group ranging from kids, teens and adults. We never felt as if we were on top of each other and had plenty of room to spread out. One of my concerns was the distance to the beach, but as the description states it is a short 3 min walk. One thing to note is that there is a small parking lot at the beach access point (about 6 spots), additionally there is a parking lot adjacent to the main one exclusive for golf carts. Had I known of the golf cart lot, I likely would have rented one just to make that short walk even quicker. The yard was a big hit with kids as it gave them a place to kick/toss some balls around after coming in from the beach."

Total, the main house and the guest house may accommodate up to 14 vacationers.

The access point features a pavilion, picnic tables, bath facilities, and a handicap-accessible ramp to the beach. On your way, stop by Camille's, a local favorite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, often featuring live music. Bike rentals and essential grocery stores, like Publix and Whole Foods, are less than a mile away, along with Destin Commons, various restaurants, and activities. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is just 5 miles away, as is Destin Harbor (HarborWalk Village). This home truly offers the perfect location!

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC guidelines. Only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed while the unit is occupied; minor issues will be resolved between guest check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly. I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.

* All garbage can are to be left out back, only rolled out on pickup day then rolled back in once picked up
* No noise disturbance past 10pm & before 8am.
* No fireworks
* No loud music or vulgar language
* No towels, banners, clothing or other items can be hung on railings of home.

-Please pull trash cans to curb after 5pm the night before and put in garage by 12pm on trash days (trash days are Tuesday & Friday).
-No loose trash, it must all be bagged to prevent pests.
-Before checking out, put all dishes in dishwasher, remove all trash and any food items from the house and from refrigerator.
-Set A/C to 74 and leave a/c fan to auto.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use and dispose of ashes in a trash bag and put them in the trash bins.
-If you bring a pet, it is very important to dispose of any dog waste. Do NOT leave in yard.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise levels down after 10:00pm and before 7:00am.
-No smoking. We are a smoke free home. Violation of this rule may forfeit your security deposit and incur a $250 fine.
-Early check in & late checkout are not available to allow time to care for our home between guests.
-Only guests permitted are those stated in reservation, this includes any guests "stopping by" or visiting. Your booking must reflect the correct amount of guests & guest count must be updated in your reservation if additional guests are added.

-We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $250 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
-Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool.
-No jumping from balcony into pool, immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own.
-Do not rearrange furniture inside the home.
-We do not offer any type of refund for any reason at all, and by agreeing to these rules you acknowledge this. We strongly recommend purchasing additional rental/travel insurance for your peace of mind if something were to alter your trip. Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home.
-Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit.
-This property has a MAXIMUM OF 14 INDIVIDUALS. If you bring more people (including children) than agreed upon by your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25/person per night.
-Early check in or late check out will result in $75/hr fee past the Check-Out time.
-You will be personally responsible not only for any direct damages, but also for any loss of rental income and any other indirect third party damages that result from your stay (Ex. Accommodation and travel expenses of guests checking-in after you, in-case they are delayed until repairs are done).
-REMINDER: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED! Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if there is any evidence of smoking in the house or on its premises.

The second-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom, while the loft area includes a trundle bed with two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, with a private bathroom that is shared with other guests and its own access to the backyard. Crystal Beach, located in Destin, FL, is renowned as a top vacation destination. With its emerald waters and reputation as the "luckiest fishing village," this area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. Enjoy the stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters where you can see your feet beneath the surface. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down Scenic 98, reaching public beach access in just 3 minutes. The access point features a pavilion, picnic tables, bath facilities, and a handicap-accessible ramp to the beach. On your way, stop by Camille's, a local favorite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, often featuring live music. Bike rentals and essential grocery stores, like Publix and Whole Foods, are less than a mile away, along with Destin Commons, various restaurants, and activities. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is just 5 miles away, as is Destin Harbor (HarborWalk Village). This home truly offers the perfect location!

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC guidelines. Only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed while the unit is occupied; minor issues will be resolved between guest check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly.
I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.

If you're seeking a party atmosphere, this home is not for you! You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay.

All HOA guidelines will need to be followed during your stay. These guidelines are to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe. If guidelines are not followed a fine will be accessed up to $150 that you will be responsible for and could be evicted with no refund.

Parking is only allowed in driveway, inside the fence post. No parking on the street, grass, driveway apron, across the sidewalk. Sea Brees driveway will fit 4 normal size cars.
No boats, trailers, RV’s, wave runners are allowed to park anywhere in Crystal Shores.
Grill is to be left out back, can not move to front yard.
All garbage can are to be left out back, only rolled out on pickup day then rolled back in once picked up.
No noise disturbance past 10pm & before 8am.
No fireworks.
No loud music or vulgar language.
No towels, banners, clothing or other items can be hung on railings of home.
No hammocks can be hung from porch or balcony.

As you walk into this beachside paradise, you'll be greeted by rustic furnishings and muted blue tones that will relax you in no time. The first floor offers an open concept living space featuring a full kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfy living room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, beautiful white cabinetry, and a fun blue backsplash, plus a breakfast bar for added seating. The living space offers a flat screen TV, comfy furnishings, and a gas fireplace. With a laundry room just down the hall, you'll have everything you need!

This beach side gems sleeps 8 comfortably, offering 3 bedrooms plus an added sleeping space in the form of a bonus room. The master on the first floor has a large en suite with double vanity and oversized, walk-in tiled shower. All guest rooms offer comfy furnishings with flat screens TVs, along with the bonus space which has built in twin beds and built in shelving. With another full bath upstairs, this is the perfect space for family gatherings or snowbirds looking to host guests and grandkids.

While the inside of this house is a dream, there is so much outdoor fun to be had! The space features an oversized front porch with ceiling fans, table, chairs, and rockers; a great place to start the day slow with a cup of joe. Out back, you'll find a large table with umbrella, ample seating, BBQ grill, and grassy area for family games. Sink into some Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset.

Just a few steps away, you'll find the sugar white sands and the emerald waters you've been daydreaming about. Pack up your crew, grab some complimentary beach gear from your rental, and spend the day in the sun. Prefer the pool? The community pool is conveniently located directly across the street. The home also has an outdoor shower to make clean-up a breeze after you hit the beach or the pool.

Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Its white and blue tones, charming architecture, and convenient location radiate with a sense of coastal comfort that is both inviting and relaxing. This home features three floors of gracious living space, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and an additional two-story guest house. Total, the main house and the guest house may accommodate up to 14 vacationers.

Upon stepping into the main house, guests are greeted with an open floor plan that encompasses the family room, kitchen, and dining area. The family room is cozy with a comfortable seating ensemble made up of a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner accent chair. A TV is provided for entertainment. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room, which features wooden benches and two straw chairs. An open kitchen includes additional bar seating, as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. This level also boasts one of the guest rooms, which has a king-size bed and twin sleeper sofa.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you will find two additional guest rooms. One room includes a king-size bed and full bath, while the other features two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath. The third level is home exclusively to the master suite, which has a king-size bed, wet bar, luxury bath, TV, and private balcony with views of the Gulf.

The guest house is a great addition to this vacation home. On the first floor, guests can enjoy playing ping pong or foosball in a fun game room. The second level includes a living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and dining area. A bunk room is provided for the kids, while the final bedroom includes a king-size bed.

Guests will also love the private pool. The pool area features a sundeck, lounge chairs, and grill. Enjoy the company of friends and family while cooking up a delicious poolside meal or taking a freshwater plunge. When looking for some coastal fun, the beach is only a quick stroll away. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and beach entertainment all within close proximity to this amazing vacation home.

This gorgeous, new 2 BR/2 BA guest cottage enjoys an ideal, super convenient location in the charming Crystal Beach neighborhood. It's just 1/2 block (3-4 minute walk) to one of the best beach accesses with a ramp, lifeguard, restrooms and more.

Within 2-5 blocks are 2 grocery stores, 35+ restaurants, shops, movie theaters, bowling and even a beautiful state park.

The cottage is tucked back from the main street, so it feels like a relaxing, private haven. Includes private hot tub/mini pool.

The space
"Destin Glory" cottage is a ideal place for those looking for a relaxing vacation haven and a more personal experience. Staying in a residential area, you'll feel more like temporary locals.

The home is truly beautiful. Between the cathedral ceiling, the clean white finishes, and lots of windows, the cottage is filled with natural light. High-end details like real Venetian plaster walls, shiplap ceilings and custom cabinetry give it a a one-of-a-kind feel—to make the time when you're not on the beach as enjoyable and relaxing as your time on the beach.

The cottage has its own private jumbo hot tub (in winter) which is kept cooler in summer to be a mini pool--perfect for a kids' play pool or adult soaking pool. It features 8 seats all with different jet combinations, plus a waterfall. We also have a cold plunge for those wanting to reduce inflammation or for faster recovery after exercise. (Note: We do not have an in-ground swimming pool.)

The first-floor master suite has an extra-wide king bed of luxurious memory foam with a grounding pad for extra restful sleep. The master bath has double sinks and a large shower. We have a portable shower seat for any who prefer not to stand. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt water.

The second suite is upstairs and offers 2 twin XL beds (also memory foam) or they can be converted into a king on request. The upstairs bath has a shower/tub combo. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the loft, an extra large couch in the living room, plus a pump-up air mattress and toddler cot.

Amenities include 2 smart TVs, wifi, large deck, outdoor shower, full laundry and more. The kitchen is stocked with the basics plus some. Gas stove/oven. Instant hot water. Filtered drinking water. Coffee maker and Keurig. Coffee, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, basic soaps/shampoo provided.

We have beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, some beach toys and beach towels for your use. (No guarantee that they are all in perfect working order—Florida weather can take a toll quickly!—but we try to keep up.)

Important:
This cottage is part of a family homestead. With all separate walls, doors, and windows from the host's home, it is a perfect combination of having a home to yourself, and yet having the hosts adjacent if you need anything or want to ask advice from locals. Driveway is shared and has a security camera.

Cottage guests are allowed 2 parking spaces.

You may park bikes and/or a golf cart if you choose to rent them (from a third party).

We may be able to accommodate a small boat, jet ski, or trailer, depending on size and ability to maneuver. Please contact us to discuss first.

Other things to note
The local ordinance actually allows for 8 guests, however we suggest no more than 6 adults for your comfort, especially for stays longer than a few days. The cottage is beautiful and feels spacious and luxurious, but less so with more people.

If you would like to have 8 overnight, send us a request first with ages and # of days, and we will review. You may have up to 8 people during the day. For example, a family of 4 could have another family of 4 stop by for a birthday dinner, or you could have 8 adults attend an afternoon bridal shower.

The cottage is accessed by 5 fairly shallow steps (not wheelchair accessible but should work for folks with a cane or walker).

If you have just 1 or 2 people and will only use the downstairs, we can reduce the cleaning fee to $200.

While many guests prefer to let the sun heat the pool, during colder months, we can heat the pool at $50/day - just reach out after booking to arrange! 3 Day minimum.

➤ Is this home good for remote workers?
Yes! We offer high-speed wifi plus a dedicated workspace, making it perfect for remote work and video calls. The wifi extends outside as well in case you’d prefer to work by the pool!

➤ Do you allow pets?
Well-behaved pets are welcome. A pet fee of $150 applies, and we kindly ask that no pets exceed 50 lbs.

The living spaces are open and inviting, featuring comfortable furnishings and a beach-inspired theme. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks, and the cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day spent at the beach.

Each room is thoughtfully designed with the guests' comfort in mind, featuring comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The Destin Commons Outdoor Mall is just a two minute drive. There is also a movie theater, outdoor shopping mall, water park, mini golf, marina and world class golf nearby.

The home features a spacious great room/living room with a large flat screen television. There is an additional second living room, as well, with a flat screen television, an open eat-in (with kitchen table that seats 4 and additional seating at the bar) kitchen and bar area. The kitchen is well stocked and includes everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs with seating for six.
