Internet speed was really good and i absolutely loved the 70 inch tv in the master bedroom. My dog did have a small accident in his crate but was super easy to clean up since the whole place is tile. The back 2 bedrooms do seem a little odd since they're only accessible through the master bedroom but that didnt really matter for me. I can imagine it would be a little tight to fit two vehicles in the parking space but i had enough room for my f-150 truck. Would definitely stay here agin when I'm in the area."

There are 4 steps into this RV, and 2 steps inside from the main living room area up the master bedroom.

I allow ANIMALS on a case by base basis. Please mention your animal and ask me in advance..... if I do approve, it’s $49 for the first animal and $49 for each additional. (You MUST pick up any fecal matter from your animal outside and throw it in the outside trashcan. Animal MUST be on a leash at all times) This is a monthly pet fee for long term stays.

$15 additional fee if you don’t CLEAN your dishes upon leaving this airbnb.... we’ve had issues with people leaving food and piling dishes in the sinks and this causes a pest problem and quite a bit of additional work for our cleaners.

This is a non smoking RV- if you smoke inside this rv OR smoke outside and leave the door open so the inside smells like cigarette smoke their will be an additional $200 fee to remove and clean the smoke smell from the RV.

Clean, newly renovated and well appointed property in the center of Crestview. This is not a “high class” area or home, but it is a clean, comfortable place that offers more room and comfort than the local Super 8. This neighborhood is not the nicest in Crestview, but the property is fully fenced, has room for Fido and is a good space for those needing to be near the 7th Special Forces Compound or needing to commute to Eglin AFB.

The space
This is a refurbished Florida Cottage. It has a full kitchen, a Kuerig coffee maker, and high speed internet. There isn’t any cable, but there is a host of streaming services available on the smart tv. The beds are all memory foam. It features an eat-in kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Our unique place has a style all its own. Located on five acres there is always something in bloom on our property. This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

The space
We are located on five acres in an established safe neighborhood in Crestview’s northwest boarder. Easy access to I-10, 35-40 minutes to the beaches, shorter commute to Duke Field and Eglin Air Force Base, and nearby downtown. There is a a pond for fishing or taking out the canoe. Enjoy a swinging chair for two as you look out over our backyard. or start a quaint fire in the chiminea. Both of best worlds, great quiet lodging to get some rest or a short drive to all the Emerald Coast has to offer.

A roll-way bed allows for a third guest and the fold-out chair in the living room allows for a fourth smaller to mid-size person to sleep comfortably. There is an additional $15 fee for a third and fourth guest over the age of 12. The property is house broken dog friendly, sorry no cats.

##This is a drug free/smoke free property. This includes the burning of incense## If you smoke in the apartment there will be a $100 cleaning fee.

Access to the pond can be gained by walking on either side of the property or walking through the backyard and using the back gate.

Access to the creek could be gained by walking to the right side of the house. If it has rained the area maybe a little wet. There is a small walking bridge over a tiny creek.

The weight room is through the door of the bedroom and is a common area. Please no one under 16 use the weight. 16 -18 please have an adult present. Use weights at your own risk.

The washer and dryer can be accessed through the double door in the weight room. It is a common area, however we will not be using it while the apartment is rented. We have access to a separate washer and dryer.

This is your home base to making family & friend memories in the Emerald Coast located just 30 miles from the beach!! 9ft ceilings in this 5th wheel allow you to not feel cramped like normal pull behind RV’s, 4 way bunk bed, queen bed, and at 32ft with 2 slide outs, it feels like a small home instead of a camper.

Wal-mart is only 9 minutes away and 1.5 bathrooms IN THE RV with a nice large gas BBQ grill outside….. plenty of room to park 3 vehicles here if needed!!

(You MUST pick up any fecal matter from your animal outside and throw it in the outside trashcan. Animal MUST be on a leash at all times) This is a $49 monthly pet fee for long term stays. If you try to sneak in an animal without paying there is a $250 fee.

RV Awnings are NOT allowed to be used, after having 3 different sets of guests tear up awnings on our different RV’s and paying $800-$1400 to repair them we don’t allow them to be used anymore (small thunderstorms can rip them or break them)…. if you use them and tear it up, you are fully responsible.

NO SMOKING inside the RV, if smoking occurs there is a $250 smoke mitigation fee to cleanup the RV…

This is a mixed RV and manufactured home community so don’t expect an RV park, this is not one.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 40 minutes to the white sandy beaches of the Panhandle, fenced in back yard for your kids or dogs, fast wifi and 5 Roku TV’s (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room, and 1 in bonus room!). This will all be paid for through the Airbnb system... animals are expected to be on a leash at all times if outside in the front yard and if left in the place alone they must be in a kennel. If your animal will be barking the entire time are gone then it is not allowed because we do have close neighbors that will be interrupted from them.

This airbnb does have Sabo palms in the front yard which can be harmful to animals…. There are none in the fenced in back yard but we want you to be aware.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for 2-4 people to relax, fish and experience the beautiful outdoors. Mirror Lake is a 47 acre spring fed lake with Bass, Bream and lots of opportunities to enjoy the Lake Life. Located just 28 miles from the North Florida Beaches of Destin and Fort Walton Beach and close to I-10. Historic downtown Crestview is about 10 minutes west and the Emerald Coast zoo is less than a mile to the east.

The space
Private cottage with large parking area. One bedroom w/ a queen bed, a small loft with a queen bed and a pullout couch. Large screened in porch, two docks for fishing and relaxing, fire pit with outdoor seating, full kitchen with cookware, cutlery and dishes. private bathroom and shower. A washer and dryer on site for your use. Cedar shake barn style cottage ideal for that special getaway.

The property has a split rail fence on 3 sides and opens to the lake. You have full access to a little over an acre , both docks with seating, fire pit with seating a canoe and kayak are available for use. There is an outdoor dining table.
If you have brought your dogs, it is best you are with them anytime they are outside.

Other things to note
Please note that fishing is not available mid January through mid February each year due to the Lake being lowered for residents to work or on their docks. Both docks on the property will be out of the water at that time.

The Shoal River shooting range is located approximately 1.9 miles away up on the main highway. They are open from 9 am- 5pm daily for you avid shooters.

The space
The house is modestly furnished with a well appointed kitchen. There are televisions in the living room and all of the bedrooms with a Roku for movie streaming. There is no cable or satellite television. The backyard is large, fully fenced in, private, and backs up to a greenbelt area. The Wifi typically runs at 30Mbps down and 10Mbps up.

It is best if you have your own vehicles. To my knowledge ride share companies do not service the area. There is parking for six vehicles.

Other things to note
The house is cleaned rigorously between guests, and the exterior is sprayed with pet friendly pest repellent; however, Florida possess a warm and damp environment ripe for all sorts of critters. You may encounter a bug or two in the house during your stay especially after a rainstorm as they try to escape to dryer conditions. Please be understanding of this.
