Your Wimberley retreat begins at this cozy studio/tiny home. Nestled on a country property just 10 minutes from the square and 5 minutes from Jacobs Well. This lovely retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. With a comfortable room featuring a murphy bed that gives you the option to use the desk/table. The space features centuries old beams, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
This space backs up to another unit and is next-door to our home. Amenities include a washer and dryer, hair dryer, AC, Wi-Fi, and heating. There are kayaks for you to use on the creek when we are not under drought conditions. There are swings and chairs along the creek for you to relax. There is also an outdoor ping pong table

- "We really enjoyed our stay. The property is located really close to everything." - "Very clean and close to town. Great location on Cypress Creek. The unit was very comfortable for just myself and had everything I needed and more! (Including umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, chips, and little water bottles in the fridge) It is also good to know there is a more permanent tenant who lives behind the studio as others have stated. I never heard them at night and never crossed paths with them but I believe their kitchen must back up to the studio. I could hear every single beep on the microwave, every drawer opening and closing, and every single sneeze that they made because the walls are so thin. Like I said not a problem since they were so quiet at night, but I could not take a nap during the daytime and it did keep me up. Just bring a little noise maker or ear plugs. It's too good of a little studio and the owners are too kind to knock it down for that reason."

The rental is attached to the main quarters of the house (2nd floor over carport/garage area) and the owners live on-site, however, it is very private and unassociated with the owners' homestead. The rental is conveniently located only minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Guadalupe/Comal Rivers, Gruene, Canyon Lake, Whitewater Amphitheater, Stars and Stripes Drive-In Theatre, Landa Park or Fischer Park, and all the other attractions in and around the New Braunfels area. The rental is decorated with a personal touch to brighten your stay and give you the "homely feeling". There are hardwood floors throughout bedroom, living room and kitchen area. The bedroom/living room are combined with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, Loveseat and 2 lounge chairs, ceiling fan, 32" TV, DVD, VCR, fiber optic cable, Wifi, internet. SHARED COURTYARD: The shared courtyard area is outdoors that is fenced in. this courtyard is shared with another short term rental unit. Our property is across the street from over a 1000 acres. This allows our area to enjoy some much appreciated quiet and wildlife. We ask that if you eat or grill outside, when you discard your food and items in the garbage, you close the garbage lid down tight. Wildlife gets hungry too!!

BOOKING: We do not allow third party bookings. Therefore, the person making the reservation must be staying on the property as they are taking responsibility for the stay. Host reserves the right to require an established traveler account with positive reviews.

Photo ID may be required at check-in.

The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins, paper towels and baby wipes in trash containers. Our sensitive pipes are on a strict diet of toilet paper and will throw up any other items.

No smoking allowed inside. A cleaning fee of up to $500 to remove odors and stains may be applied if evidence of smoking inside is found.

Pets are not allowed. Due to future travelers allergies, violations could result in a $500 cleaning fee for additional deep cleaning needs.

WEATHER / ACTS OF GOD: Host is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during the travelers stay.

CAPACITY: To ensure all are comfortable, our Maximum Traveler Capacity is 2.

PARKING: Room for ONLY two vehicles at the uncovered Guest Parking marked spots. (Marked with Guest Parking signs) (due to other short-term rentals on the property, we must be strict to two parking spots due to the need of spots for the other units. We appreciate the understanding.)

AMENITIES: Free WIFI, fans, hair dryer, bed linens, towels, and much more.

NOISE: Due to being courteous to our neighbors, we do ask that loud music be turned down after 10pm. Parties and events are not permitted.

SAFETY: COVID-19: Please rest assured we are being proactive and taking necessary precautions in light of COVID-19 in implementing an extra thorough deep cleaning between each and every stay. One 24 Hour Outdoor Video/Audio monitoring camera is installed in courtyard area. This camera faces the front area of the courtyard, including the courtyard front doors. Owners live onsite.

Due to circumstances that may be out of the travelers hands, we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay. Traveler acknowledged and agreed that they are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests, and their children with respect to the premises.

By requesting a booking at our location, you have accepted responsibility and acknowledgement to abide by the property rules.

Violation of any house rules may result in immediate removal without any reservation reimbursement.

The bathroom has been luxuriously handcrafted with beautiful subway & designer tile, an irresistible walk-in shower, and a stunning bowl sink & comes stocked with amenities for your relaxation & rejuvenation. The bathroom also hosts a stack, front-loading washer and dryer for convenience during your stay.

GAZEBO
The Gazebo is located on the front side of the property, a short walk from your porch. This is a shared space that provides a grill, fireplace, and a larger area to entertain and star gaze at the one-of-a-kind hill country sky. (This area is fenced in and is used by the homeowners and their dogs. All guests are welcome to use but please message us before using.)

PETS
We understand that fur babies are family too! We happily welcome four-legged friends (DOGS ONLY).

Additional criteria needed:
*$50 Fee. This fee is assessed after booking and is used for additional cleaning time required after a pet stays.
*There are two labs that reside in the main house on the front of the property. The owners have fenced in their front yard to give their fur babies a free roaming space. (If you would like to use the gazebo/grill message us, to give us a heads up.)
*Dogs must be ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. ( Only exception is if you ask to let your dog free roam in the fenced in front yard.)
*Unattended dogs must be in a crate.
*Please do not leave your dog unattended and tied to the porch.
*Please pick up your dog's waste outside.
*Please do not let dogs on furniture or bed.
*Any pet damages to the property will result in appropriate fees.

Added Measures for COVID-19 Outbreak:

Our staff is cleaning with medical-grade disinfectants and following CDC guidelines. To give you some peace of mind while you are staying in Lola Hideaway. Our regular cleaning is a deep clean every time; we also replace all linens, bedspreads, blankets, towels, mats, and small rugs. Now, since the COVID 19 outbreak, we are also going behind our cleaning team, disinfecting every touchable surface with alcohol as well as spraying the couch and large rugs with Odoban. It is an environmentally friendly hospital-grade disinfectant that has a slight lavender smell. We hope this can give you some peace of mind during your stay.
