The outdoor space is complete with a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, which includes a 48-inch commercial-grade grill and gas-fired pizza oven. An outdoor shaded patio also gives you access to an oversized ice machine, under-counter beverage cooler, and wet bar kitchenette. Enjoy a margarita from the bar as you sunbathe on the large deck, with a garage door-style screen, looking out over Texas Hill Country.

Moving indoors, a state-of-the-art lounge has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation. Lariat Springs will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in 5 bedrooms: 3 king rooms and 2 double queen rooms. One king room is handicap accessible. Each room has an attached private bath, independent HVAC unit, 50” TV, Sonos sound system, beverage cooler, coffee station, and microwave. Two to four additional guests can “rough it” on our comfortable air mattresses if need be.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! - "We stayed here for Memorial weekend with several teenage boys ranging from 11 to 16 years old. The kids and adults were blown away from the moment we set foot on the property. Martha, the owner, was kind enough to check in on us before we even arrived. The view from the pool and hot tub at sunset was jaw dropping. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and had plenty of room for all the groceries to feed the group. We made pizza in the pizza oven one night which was super fun and delicious. The bedroom units each had their own air conditioner unit which was perfect to keep each room cool. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all updated and in great condition. One day we went to Canyon Lake and another to Schliterbanh. I loved the specialty grocery store, Stahlman’s at Bear Creek, with fresh farmers’ market fruit and vegetables and the sandwich shop. Outside the store, we bought wonderful fresh barbecue ribs and brisket from for dinner along with fresh peaches and tomatoes. I can’t say enough about the property management teams and the owner Martha. So kind and gracious. We will be back again and again."
