No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Dock details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- "This house was pristine! Upon arrival the house was beautiful decorated and very clean. The gorgeous and intentional decor was so unique and cozy. These superhosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was fully equipped with tons of coffee, spices, and every small kitchen appliance one would need. There was two man kayak, fishing rods, life jackets, beach toys and family board games too. They also had a QR code which had local recommendations on where to eat, resort amenities, house amenities and local fishing and activities. We loved fishing right in the backyard and watching the daily sunrise and sunset from the back door. We were truly blown away by the whole experience . We recommend this house 10/10!"

A well loved family beach house!

The space
This is a Beach house that’s been loved for generations. There will be the occasional sand, dust & birds. If you’re looking for pristine & untouched, this isn’t it. You’re renting the location. You’re going to have rust, the occasional seagull poop, and salt that splashes on the yard. There will be sand from the beach across the canal. If these things offend you, this salt water oasis isn’t for you.

You’ll see birds, dolphins & pelicans galore, but if they poop on the dock, sorry!

If you love salt, sand and views for days, this place is for you!! With a boat house, pool, hot tub, fishing poles & floats, you’ll have all you need to relax and play the day away at this amazing coastal getaway!

This gorgeous waterfront property is located on Key Allegro island, an awesome little island community of Rockport. You can swim right off the dock or in the beautiful pool and relax in the hot tub. It's a quick walk, bike or gulf cart ride to the gorgeous Key Allegro beaches as well as directly across the canal from the Rockport beach! This location is ideal!

The upstairs and downstairs of this house are not connected by an interior staircase, only by an exterior stair case. Therefore if you want to go from upstairs to downstairs you will use the outdoor stair case. The upstairs and downstairs both have their own kitchen and living rooms, so they can technically function as individual units, perfect for privacy.

There's also an awesome boathouse that was transformed into a waterfront hangout and bbq area!
