There are many things that make our condo in Rockport, Texas special. Best, it is a place for peace and quiet. We enjoy sharing the condo with guests - and are fortunate to have many return - who relax and appreciate a calm getaway. This peaceful place was featured in a 2015 episode of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt (Redemption in Rockport, Texas, season 8, episode 9). It is a well-decorated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo up a flight of stairs (no elevator) on the second floor with a 40-foot balcony overlooking Aransas Bay. There is a swimming pool, and finding a fishing spot is as easy as walking across the street. The condo is fully stocked with just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. We are second floor studio apartment. There are two pools on the premises. There is a small beach that you can fish from or sit at a cabana. There is a balcony with table and chairs. When entering the balcony there is a step over, so watch your footing. There is a small laundrymat at the resort. If you bring a boat, there is boat trailer parking is available.

- "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bobbie's Air BnB! It's right on the water - no sand - but a long pier to walk out on to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and everything in between - even spotted a few dolphins between her pier and the next! Close enough to a few different beaches, the Aransas Wild Life Refuge, restaurants, and stores that it's really an ideal place if you are day tripping. It is small (just the lower level on one side of the house - the other side is a garage storage area and the entire upstairs is not part of the rental) but cozy for two. You won't be able to cook a complex meal, but a microwave and stovetop are available as well as a separate refrigerator and upright freezer. Bobbie was a great host - she greeted us on arrival, checked in with us a couple of times, provided answers for some local questions we had and was a very welcoming host!. Bobbie's banana bread was delicious - thank you! And she provided a nice touch for our 33rd wedding anniversary (champagne)! Not a place for luxury or pampering but a great place for getting away for a few days, just relaxing by the water, and taking in the surrounding area. Thanks!"

- "Cute place to sleep and that’s about it. We were disappointed with our stay. The blinds are broken in the living room and the bedroom. The day we arrived there was a very strong mildew smell when we walked in. When we got there the toilet was clogged and we had to plunge the toilet every time we used it. A couple times the toilet almost overflowed. We weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub long. There were cockroach bits floating around. We had issues with the front door locking and unlocking. It took 3 of us to unlock the door then the door wouldn’t lock. Definitely not ideal for someone elderly. There were no paper Towels. We didn’t have enough towels and rags for the 3 of us. Suggestion for the homeowner is to leave more towels accessible just in case. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. Overall very disappointed with our stay. "

Come relax at this spacious studio apartment. We are just steps from the bay and world class fishing. Our location puts you close to the local restaurants and nightlife. You can watch the sunrise while sitting at one of our cabanas right on the water. Two pools are on-site for your enjoyment. There are also charcoal style grills to cook on. We have a full kitchen if you would rather dine in.

We are second floor studio apartment. There are two pools on the premises. There is a small beach that you can fish from or sit at a cabana. There is a balcony with table and chairs. When entering the balcony there is a step over, so watch your footing. There is a small laundrymat at the resort. If you bring a boat, there is boat trailer parking is available.

Be sure to watch your footing when entering or existing the balcony. Parking is available in front of the unit. There is two dumpsters for trash at the end of the units.

Long Description

Welcome to Dock Holiday! Private dock usage comes with this second floor, two bedroom, two bath coastal condo. Tie the boat up after a long day of fishing, without having to worry about pulling the boat out of the water. Teach the kiddos to fish from the dock and watch their faces light up when they reel in that first catch. You also get access to the beautiful community pool and the tennis courts. Located in the heart of Rockport, this lovely Bayhouse condo boasts cool coastal decor and has fantastic views of Canoe Lake from the balcony. This is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Inside you'll find an open and inviting living space filled with comfortable seating and great views. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools for extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. In the master bedroom is a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and wonderful views of Little Bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom is across the hall. One sofa doubles as a queen sleeper giving the unit a max occupancy of seven. There are tons of games and puzzles for the kiddos and the young at heart to play, three televisions, and three DVD players. There is also a small, portable, propane grill for your convenience. Bayview #1 is one of four units located in the two-story fourplex, which is a part of our enclave of bungalows built in the mid 1940’s. The tourist court, as it was called back in the day, welcomed visitors to the coastal bend beginning in 1946. Today, Fulton Beach Bungalows is still inviting guests to enjoy the Texas Coast.

You'll be just a few miles south of Rockport Beach, with many shops, bars, and restaurants along the way - making for the perfect stops on your way to and from the sand. Inside, you'll find stylish tile flooring, new furnishings, and all-new fixtures in the bathroom. The convenient kitchenette features a retro-style mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The kitchenette is also furnished with tableware for four. Make some snacks for the beach, then head out to enjoy the day. When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then step inside to freshen up for dinner. Relax while you stream a movie on the Smart TV, or use the desk and free WiFi to catch up on any remote work before bed.
