There are many things that make our condo in Rockport, Texas special. Best, it is a place for peace and quiet. We enjoy sharing the condo with guests - and are fortunate to have many return - who relax and appreciate a calm getaway. This peaceful place was featured in a 2015 episode of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt (Redemption in Rockport, Texas, season 8, episode 9). It is a well-decorated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo up a flight of stairs (no elevator) on the second floor with a 40-foot balcony overlooking Aransas Bay. There is a swimming pool, and finding a fishing spot is as easy as walking across the street. The condo is fully stocked with just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Thanks for taking an interest in the condo and showing respect to our neighbors by keeping it a quiet and relaxing spot during your stay. Sorry, we do not host loud gatherings. We are second floor studio apartment. There are two pools on the premises. There is a small beach that you can fish from or sit at a cabana. There is a balcony with table and chairs. When entering the balcony there is a step over, so watch your footing. There is a small laundrymat at the resort. If you bring a boat, there is boat trailer parking is available.

Feel free to use any of the amenities at the resort.

Be sure to watch your footing when entering or existing the balcony. Parking is available in front of the unit. There is two dumpsters for trash at the end of the units.
Please bring bedding for your fur babies, animals are not allowed on beds or couches. No dogs over 40 lbs. Bait must be kept in sealed containers in fridge. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the room. Additional cleaning fees will be passed on to the guest to remove smoke odors.
