- "Overall this is a great place to stay. The kids could fish right off the back deck and loved the swimming pool. There are still quite a few things that need to be worked on. The doors have no frames, there’s a big water stain in the living room ceiling, light bulbs were missing, the bedroom tv’s were not working, and didn’t have remotes. There was also a bench on the back deck that was falling apart and had nails sticking out of it. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. If these issues were fixed or if the price were a little lower to match the condition we would stay again."

Welcome to our spacious Captains’s Quarters for two! This stunning resort property is the perfect destination for your vacation getaway. With its charming design and breathtaking views, it promises an unforgettable experience for you and your guest. Step outside and breathe in the fresh air as you admire the panoramic views of the water and surrounding landscape. This is the best spot to catch a red or two. This home is in a country club and check in to the front office will need to be done to gain access through the gates.
**A property fee of $90 (non-refundable) will need to be paid upon check in the resort.

NOTE: Additional information will be required to such as our rental agreement which includes guest name and ages prior to arrival. We will also require a copy of the primary guest drivers license (front and back). An email MUST be provided on our outside Airbnb platform. Any damages that are incurred during the visit are responsible by the guest. A fully refundable $500 deposit per stay will be collected from our outside platform. This deposit will be a temporary hold on your card. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years of age or older. If your dates are during March an the thinning of April, we welcome families and retreats. We DO NOT allow rentals to “Spring Breakers” which is high school/college aged kids. Our rule is STRICTLY enforced. Spring Breakers will face immediate eviction without a refund. For Spring Break/Semana Santa all guest must follow and comply by our rules. We do provide a small package which is a two rolls of toilet paper, trash can liner, ad a roll of paper towels. We do have a dollar general a couple of streets away from the home for any additional toiletries. Gas will be checking in at the Long Island Village resort center to pay and receive up to two bracelets.
