Quite comfy room to stay with kitchen and bathroom
All you need in a small room , safe place quite neighborhood close to big stores and restaurants also close to lmc hospital, enjoy we hope to see you

Would absolutely stay again, looking forward to the next time." - "It Awesome and Great Stay!" - "Husband was going down to Laredo on a job asked the landlord if was a secure adequate parking on rental location for his boat which landlord replied yes in an texted message. After my husband got to Rental location. There was only one parking area per vehicle and she suggested he use a parking lot across the road or she had an unsecured parking area about five minutes away from the rental location. Husband, then decided that that wasn’t safe or secure for his boat. He went to another location as soon as he got off work on Sunday and got a hotel that had a more area +24 hour security, where he felt his boat was safe. Requested refund of the balance, which was three days on his rental, which was refused by Vrbo and the landlord. Provided Vrbo with Proof from landlord that she confirmed there was adequate enough parking for my husband‘s vehicle and boat on rental location. They still denied refund."

This room is very spacious for a small family , when coming to visit Laredo this place is private you won’t share anything with anyone , during your visit please feel free to enjoy sleeping in a king size bed and we have an extra sofa that converts into a full size bed , 2 tvs with Netflix account and others, located in the central of laredo many close restaurants and shopping places.

On first walking in the place was well put together. But as our stay progressed we found the floor had not been cleaned through out the entire unit. My husband did bring sandles so his feet were filthy. The bed was comfortable, good lighting, and two tvs. Next morning when we went to shower, there were NO TOWELS anywhere. We reached out to the host, but never heard back from them. We had to be creative with getting dry. "

Casa Lozano Guesthouse is located in east central Laredo. You are minutes from Laredo Medical Center, Ldo Int’l. Airport, Lake Casa Blanca and TAMIU. Downtown Laredo is 8 minutes away.
The guesthouse is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has secure, gated parking.
The guesthouse is equipped with a pool, wifi, and Dish Network. The pool can be heated for a pre-approved fee.
The guesthouse has a Mexican vibe that is great for older teens and adults. This home is not perfect for young children.

The space
Casa Lozano is a separate, private space on the 2nd floor. Casa has ample gated parking. The pool, laundry room and gardens are shared with Sam and his adult son.

Other things to note
The pool at Casa Lozano can be heated to your comfort by agreeing to pay an agreed amount. The fee depends on the current temperature. The property is full of gardens for my guests to enjoy. Nearby is a park that is great for walking, basketball, skating or you can fly a kite or a frisbee. The terrace at Casa is a terrific place to practice a little yoga or just sit and be still as you listen to the water fountain and birds all around. You have a wood burning/charcoal grill right on your private terrace. More grilling can be done downstairs or poolside. At night, Casa takes on a whole new look and the colorful lighting will make you smile. There is a laundry room available (you supply detergent).
