Close to the industrial area, municipal presidency, cinema, and supermarket, it has completely private parking, a full bathroom with hot water, a dining room, a 50" TV with Roku and Netflix, WiFi, a king size bed, a tantra armchair, towels, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a convenience store a few meters away. It is comfortable and private for the price. My house is one block away from the apartment so I will be available immediately for whatever you need.
