Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home.

There is a queen bed in the bedroom and two full beds in the upstairs loft crawl space.

Enjoy the garden on the property and feel free to pick fruit from our fruit trees when in season. Our goats Willie, Waylon, and our potbellied pig Porker McCollum will greet you as you arrive, or serenade you as you relax in our hammocks. If you have kids, they'll love our swing-set and chalk wall.

We do have limited outdoor lighting at night, do remain dark sky friendly and give you more opportunity to star gaze. When the cloud conditions are right, you can even see the milky way.
