This apartment has everything seen in the attached photos that you will need for your stay to include a full kitchen with a microwave, crockpot, and a 4 chair dining room table. A comfortable seating arrangement in the living room with a 50" Amazon firetv. The bedroom contains a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, bedside lamp, and a 32" roku tv. Although a washer and dryer are not located on property, there is one conveniently located next door on a first come first serve basis. These machines are operated by using quarters ($1.50 ea use).

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. There is a utility room located next door for use on a first come first serve basis. Guests may park in the spots located on the left side of the parking area.

Other things to note
There is a Nest Thermostat located on the wall behind the kitchen table next to the vented door. Guests will be able to operate the AC between the range of 72-78. Depending on the weather here in South Texas, if guests desire for the heater, please let me know asap.

The space
As you enter the space there is a comfy sitting area with 2 rocking, reclining La-Z-Boys, TV and an efficiency kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot with an assortment of other small cooking appliances. The main sleeping space with queen bed is beyond the sitting area. The kitchenette is to your right with a dining table for 4. Beyond this main area is the large bathroom. One step up beyond the bathroom is a smaller cozy, calm, flexible bedroom/sitting room with a closet. The two futons each make into a small full sized or large twin bed. The ample bathroom between has two 36” doors for easy entry with a tub/shower combo with a full curtain for privacy and a curtain between the vanity and other fixtures. Extra linens are in the small hallway between the smaller flex/bedroom,
which has its own locking door.

The apartment is private with locking & latched doors and is fully self contained. (It is adjacent to two of the main house walls from the hallway to the back of the main house. Usually very quiet with occasional exceptions.)
