Never found the card key to get into the building so we used the garage fob and entrance everytime. We enjoyed the view from the loft and all large windows with double screens. Location was perfect as we walked more than drove. Washer/dryer was useful expect one of the turn dials is missing. Closet space was amazing. The bed was comfortable. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures, the beds were comfortable and the host were responsive with any concerns. I stayed for 3 weeks, the area was private and had perfect location because it’s close to everything. The cleaning ladies were nice kept the loft in great condition but the only thing that I disliked was that the green couch was stained. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. This is a comfortable private room to rest in. It is inside an apartment that is shared with 2 private rooms, a bathroom and a living room. Designed in a minimalist style, equipped with some recycled material to give them a second chance. In the first block of the city, near the central bus station and the airport bus, about 8 blocks from the metro stations, Arena Monterrey, Fundidora, Cintermex, Pabellón Ciudadano, Paseo Santa Lucia, shopping centers and Macro Plaza.

The apartment is on the top floor you have to go up about 15 steps , for greater security you have to enter through a hallway and a small gate with a lock (of which you are given the key and you can enter and leave as often as you like)since the room is private , this room is designed for 1 people has an individual bed, pets (small breeds and cats) are allowed under your care and risk (if any breakdown your pet would be asked to pay for the damage if you are harmed).

The apartment is cleaned daily in common areas from Monday to Thursday.

It has 3 rooms which one is for you, the room is private with their own doors with keys, the apartment is shared with other guests and 3 cats that are very quiet they do not live in that apartment but can be in the patio..

You are free to enter and exit as you like since you are given keys so you can access the apartment without problem

In this location in hire many transportation routes that take you to various parts of Monterey and other municipalities such as Apodaca, San Nicolas, Garcia, Santa Catarina , Apodaca and Juarez is also relatively close to the metro stations Felix U Gomez and Fundidora
