It is a simple and comfortable apartment, it has excellent internet, ample bathroom, hot and cold water, a comfortable bar with microndas, plates, cups,etc., a coffee machine if you like coffee and a small room, all this is shared , you will have a completely private room with cable TV, it has a small patio where you can enjoy a rich afternoon or go out to smoke, the apartment is shared with other guests and my 3 cats that are very quiet(they do not live in the apartment but can be on the patio ,it is designed with a minimal ecological style to help our planet.

The apartment is on the top floor you have to go up about 15 steps , for greater security you have to enter through a hallway and a small gate with a lock (of which you are given the key and you can enter and leave as often as you like)since the room is private , this room is designed for 1 people has an individual bed, pets (small breeds and cats) are allowed under your care and risk (if any breakdown your pet would be asked to pay for the damage if you are harmed).

The apartment is cleaned daily in common areas from Monday to Thursday.

It has 3 rooms which one is for you, the room is private with their own doors with keys, the apartment is shared with other guests and 3 cats that are very quiet they do not live in that apartment but can be in the patio..

You are free to enter and exit as you like since you are given keys so you can access the apartment without problem

In this location in hire many transportation routes that take you to various parts of Monterey and other municipalities such as Apodaca, San Nicolas, Garcia, Santa Catarina , Apodaca and Juarez is also relatively close to the metro stations Felix U Gomez and Fundidora
