This one rental better than the one I rented last year (or year before).The outside entrance door was off it's hinges and not shutting. Stayed slightly open all the time and would not lock. Some of the stairs up to the front entrance were uneven, chipped off and rotting. Dangerous for older persons like grandma. There is a smell of mold that should be addressed. The smell subtle at times but annoying when trying to sleep. Housekeeping office was available to deliver a broom needed in the rental. A roach or two showed up in the bedrooms. "

Being right on the water, there were quite a few mosquitoes so we wished we'd brought some bug spray. There were no screens in the windows so we were disappointed we couldn't open and enjoy the sea air. We did find a dirty towel/rag in the shower that was missed by the cleaning crew. I had a lot of issues the day before I was checking and was told if I didn’t do what they were asking, it would have been cancelled without a refund. It was all very sketchy and I wasn’t a fan. Other than that the property was average. It had a pool view, so great if you have older kids you can sit on the patio to watch. It lacked in wash cloths, hand towels, hand soap and dish washer tabs/dish soap so make sure you take those things or buy once you get there. It wasn’t a place that screamed I needed to let everyone know about, but for a week at the beach it was fine!"
