Welcome to Maple Oak! This adorable cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is also pet friendly. There is plenty of room next to the cottage to park your boat/trailer and vehicles. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, flat-screen television with plenty of storage for all your vacation clothes. The loft is a perfect spot for kids or grown-ups that want to relax. There are two queen beds in the upstairs loft.

- "We loved the location of the casita! Everything was very clean, and the house was well stocked with just about anything you would need! The only thing I would “complain” about is that the dryer of the stackable washer and dryer was up pretty high, so it was difficult for me to reach the clothes in the dryer even with the little stool they provided (I’m 5’3”). The beds were very comfortable and the house cooled down nicely. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch and the convenience of the beautiful amenities at Palmilla! There is another workstation outside in the fully enclosed wrap around porch -- but enough about work. Outside is a deck and patio with a charcoal BBQ and picnic area. The Fish Cabin is a fun, whimsical 1 bedroom/ 1 bath cabin. It does have a sleeper sofa in the living area which can accommodate 2 people and has been recently updated..

All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. There is almost always an ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

Tip: If going during summer mosquito months, I suggest packing some sort of mosquito fogger, candle in order to enjoy the cute outside area. The mosquitos were out for blood in that area! The Bali is a fun, unique 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cabin that has been recently updated. All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath and a half bath in the master bedroom.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. Almost always you can sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive..

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

Decorated very well and they used the space well. The only drawback was a little construction in the area that these are located in early in the morning. The space
The Heron Hut is a private cabin on our property. When you open your door the water is only a few feet away. You can actually fish off your front porch if you wanted to. This cabin includes a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, mini refrigerator and small kitchen table.

Guest access
You have the Hut all to you’re self!! You have access to the marina private boat ramp and small beach. Across the street from the Hut is the main lodge. You have access to the grounds but not the lodge.

Other things to note
This unit is pet friendly but you must sign our pet policy upon arrival. Our Pet fee is not refundable. It is $50 per pet, limit 2 pets. This fee must be paid at check in. You will be responsible for any damage your pet causes in addition to the fee. Please clean up after your pet and keep it on a leash. Thank you

Coen’s Cabin is an original Flour Bluff fishing cabin from the 50’s. Completely renovated in 2021, perfect for your next coastal getaway! We pride ourself on being COZY & CLEAN! ☺️

You can enjoy spotting local wildlife on your peaceful sunset walks by the water. The Cabin is minutes away from the beaches of North Padre Island, local restaurants, NAS, coffee, grocery stores, & shops!

The space
Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood!

Cabin has an open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, refinished hardwood floors, & CEDAR walls.

Light, bright, and airy concept throughout the cabin with a roomy living area, quaint bedroom, & spa like bathroom.

Comfy queen size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 guest) located in the living room. Full size kitchen with open shelves along side new stainless steel appliances. Open pantry with plenty of storage and microwave tucked away. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods/tea/hot chocolate. Some snacks provided as well 😊

Dining room table off the kitchen seats up to 6. Large bathroom with full length mirror, a walk-in shower and dual rain heads. Please bring your own shampoo & condition. We do NOT provide any. 😊

Private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and open shelves for storage. Stacked washer and dryer tucked away for your convenience.

Outdoor table on front porch with 2 chairs. PEREFCT for that morning cup of coffee and a glimpse of the water.

Smart 65” TV has Netflix, Hulu, & other popular steaming apps available for you to login with your information.

Security camera- There is a ring doorbell on the cabin. It is located at the front door and is recording at all times for security purposes.

The lot does NOT have a fenced in yard or grass for your pets. There is crushed asphalt as seen in the pictures. The area is great for relaxing walks! There are many live plants in and around the cabin- Please supervise pets as all times.

The space
We have just finished remodeling after Hurricane Harvey. We have significantly updated all of our cabins and all now have central air and heat and a washer/dryer .The Rock-n-Roll is one of our 3 bedroom cabins. We have 5 unique cabins all connected by a wonderful porch. Most days the ocean breeze is constant on the porch so its a great place to sit and talk or just relax and take a quiet nap.
We are family owned and operated, we have a on site manager who will take care of everything you need with a smile.
This cabin has approximately $800 square feet of space.
We also offer long term rentals in off season and off season rates.

Note: we do have a minimal pet fee that has to be paid once you arrive at the property. The Pet fee is based on weight, under 30 lbs is $25 and over is $35. We will also ask you to sign a pet release form stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay.
