The house has a fence around the entire property and a gate for bringing in your vehicle and keeping your dogs safely inside the property.

Other things to note
This is a cabin and is rough and rustic. The cabin is not on the water but is still very near water and although we do have monthly pest control services, you may encounter bugs. Common to the area are, mosquitos, flies, scorpions, snakes, frogs/toads as well as many others that could find their way into the cabin.

Great place to fish for trout! Redfish, flounder, Snook, Sheepshead, & Tarpon!! Come BBQ with a great view of the widest part of the Arroyo. Cabin has A/C, Cable TV, full bath, Stove, Fridge & microwave. Bait shop conveniently located across the street - great for those early morning tacos.
