The resort care center provided easy rental of the golf cart and the beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfectly located to access by golf cart cinnamon shore & port A restaurants. The golf club was great, the resort pools were beautiful and well equipped. One with a swim up bar & restaurant, this one also provided basketballs for pool basketball and other play. Then just drive around- soak up the beauty of the community. The homes, landscaping and views are just breathtaking. Highly recommend."

- "We loved the location of the casita! Everything was very clean, and the house was well stocked with just about anything you would need! The only thing I would “complain” about is that the dryer of the stackable washer and dryer was up pretty high, so it was difficult for me to reach the clothes in the dryer even with the little stool they provided (I’m 5’3”). The beds were very comfortable and the house cooled down nicely. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch and the convenience of the beautiful amenities at Palmilla! The Fish Cabin is a fun, whimsical 1 bedroom/ 1 bath cabin. It does have a sleeper sofa in the living area which can accommodate 2 people and has been recently updated..

All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. There is almost always an ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

The communal yard and porch was wonderful to sit on during the evening hours and when we had some drizzles! - "My kids and I had a wonderful stay. It was close to the beach so we did not have to drive but 3 minutes tops. The pool was within walking distance. For a neighborhood with some active construction, it was pretty quiet. Tip: If going during summer mosquito months, I suggest packing some sort of mosquito fogger, candle in order to enjoy the cute outside area. The mosquitos were out for blood in that area! " - "Great weekend at the Sunny Anchor! Perfect spot for a two-person get-away. Very clean, tastefully decorated, very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again."

The Bali is a fun, unique 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cabin that has been recently updated. All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath and a half bath in the master bedroom.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. Almost always you can sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive..

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

- "First time in Port Aransas. Really nice place, clean and convenient to the beach. I would really recommend renting a golf cart which are located on property." - "The condo itself was gorgeous, but the photos and description make it seem like this is a condo in a completed high-end resort. That is very much not the case. We awoke to hammering and the condo shaking from heavy equipment every morning. We should have known there was a problem when we rolled up and couldn’t find the address provided to us. It was literally a vacant lot. With no one at guest services and no one answering our calls at 5:30 pm, we spent an hour looking for it only to discover the address numbers were juxtaposed on the listing AND in google maps. So good luck getting a meal delivery or emergency services of any kind. There were clouds of mosquitos due to recent rain. The resort’s solution was to spray off our patio and leave a completely soaked sisal rug right outside our door. My husband was eaten alive by mosquitos while he swept away the standing water and dragged the rug off the porch. "

- "It was a good location just outside of town. Bed is very firm, but that is really the only thing that I personally don't sleep the best with. But otherwise, the house itself is very nice. Decorated very well and they used the space well. The only drawback was a little construction in the area that these are located in early in the morning. The space
We have just finished remodeling after Hurricane Harvey. We have significantly updated all of our cabins and all now have central air and heat and a washer/dryer .The Rock-n-Roll is one of our 3 bedroom cabins. We have 5 unique cabins all connected by a wonderful porch. Most days the ocean breeze is constant on the porch so its a great place to sit and talk or just relax and take a quiet nap.
We are family owned and operated, we have a on site manager who will take care of everything you need with a smile.
This cabin has approximately $800 square feet of space.
We also offer long term rentals in off season and off season rates.
