This one rental better than the one I rented last year (or year before).The outside entrance door was off it's hinges and not shutting. Stayed slightly open all the time and would not lock. Some of the stairs up to the front entrance were uneven, chipped off and rotting. Dangerous for older persons like grandma. There is a smell of mold that should be addressed. The smell subtle at times but annoying when trying to sleep. Housekeeping office was available to deliver a broom needed in the rental. A roach or two showed up in the bedrooms. "

It’s in the Beachside complex, but this wasn’t mentioned in our booking. Clearer directions would’ve helped. Parking was another issue. The designated spots were tiny, and with Easter crowds, the lot was packed with cars and golf carts, making it tough to park. The condo itself was a highlight. The two-story unit has a spacious living and dining area, decorated with a charming beach theme that fit Port Aransas perfectly. The master bedroom and bath were comfy, with a balcony for fresh air, though the view was just a neighbor’s fence. The kitchen was modern but missed basics like salt, pepper, and advertised coffee. Downstairs, two bedrooms—one with bunkbeds, one with a queen—worked well for our group of four adults and a baby. The listing says it sleeps 10, but that seems unlikely given the bed setup. Location was great, close to town and the beach access road. The pool was nice but small and crowded, typical for a holiday weekend. Cleanliness was ok, we found candy wrappers in a bunkbed and dirty sheets on the fold-out couch. The downstairs patio had dog poop from prior guests, which wasn’t cleaned. Noisy neighbors staying up late made it hard for our baby to sleep. Overall, it’s a nice condo with great potential, but better communication and thorough cleaning would make it better. "

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. Our facility is pet friendly with a $25 per night fee, but every unit is individually owned so it will vary by room. We currently have 2 pools on property - one is heated with a connecting hot tub. A 3rd pool is scheduled to begin construction in late June. Our pool areas also offer 2 BBQ grills, pool chairs and palapas, shuffleboard court and corn hole. Exclusive to BeachGate is our own private beach driveway – which is restricted with gate access by our guests only. We also have guest laundry facilities and a vending machine on site. There is a firepit area out towards the beach, horseshoe pits, serenity garden, as well as numerous dog walking areas. For our guests coming down to fish, we have a fish cleaning house on property as well. 4 of the 5 buildings have elevator access, and parking is free all throughout property. This 1 bedroom 1 bath Condo in Port Aransas comfortably sleeps 2.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath hotel efficiency unit has a queen bed, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and a small oven/4 burner range. It also has a small seating area. We have bath towels in the room and pool towels in the office. We do not provide beach towels or beach chairs.

Please be informed that this unit only allows dogs. The maximum number of dogs is 2 no exceptions. There is a $25 per pet per day pet fee applied and will be collected by the Host upon arrival. GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

- Parking in the driveway for 2 cars max. They have one assigned parking spot and then the second vehicle can park in any unmarked parking area. They must have the parking passes provided.

- Self catering - all of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- There is always work going on in Port Aransas, so we cannot promise that you won't hear about or see building, construction, or community improvement projects and activities while you are there.
- Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties.
