- "Management was very understanding. With that being said, we were refunded after we were bitten by bed bugs from head to toes. This cut our trip very short and we had to go to the laundromat and wash and dry everything before moving to a hotel around midnight. We once again stopped at the laundromat at our hometown scared to bring anything home. My wife turned out to be allergic to the bites and is currently still not back to normal, the swelling is very significant. Again, management was understanding and let us know they will be hiring a pest control company. You risk this happening anywhere really, it just really sucks in many ways that we were so affected by this health wise and money wise. The refund didn’t cover for the doctor visit, medication, flight arrangements or laundromat expenses, not to mention a totally ruined vacation."

Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters. A/c works well and good water pressure. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough and condo could definitely use some updating. We had a great long weekend though!"

Our favorite things:

*Less than 5-minute walk to public beach access and on the east side of the busy main drag, so less worry with your kids.

*Tons of sleeping space with all the beds—pull-out couch makes it feel like a 3-bedroom. Most 2-bedroom condos don't have this much bedding.

*Though BBQing isnt allowed on property, you can enjoy peace and quiet while your kids have fun even after a long day at the beach. If they're old enough, there's a small patio off the bedroom you can watch from.

*All-tile floors keep the place clean, especially helpful if you have allergies.

*Every bedroom and living room has a smart TV, convenient at night to settle everyone in.

*High-speed WiFi/internet—though occasional connectivity issues (welcome to Island life!).

*The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, a full-size stove, and a fridge. Save money with easy breakfast tacos, pizzas, fajitas, and more at home. Avoid long restaurant waits and hassle after the beach.

*Off-street free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking extras along the street isn't allowed. This is a fourplex, and you are renting one of the 4 condos. The 2nd floor is up one flight of stairs and quieter due to less noise from above.

The building is a small complex dozen condos on 3 floors with an elevator.

* Oversized near 1200 square feet of living space with bedrooms on opposite ends for better privacy.

*This condo allows a max of 6 guests including infants and/or children, with ample bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed set up and a stand alone double sized bed next to it in case of couples. The couch also has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra space to sleep

*The open concept kitchen is remodeled with Granite, stainless, and fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to enjoy convenient & lower cost home cooked meals.

*The patio is a masterpiece overlooking the pool and beach/ocean from the 3rd floor, and as mentioned with an elevator & two included parking spaces off the street. All towels & linens are provided FYI. As it it is a 3rd floor but you can take elevator - but does have a pool view and a peek-a-book view of ocean & beach

While this condo has WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes so plan accordingly.

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 6 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count.

A max of 2 full sized vehicles are allowed and that includes a golf cart if you park extra cars or on the side of ths street you will get towed at your own expense. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge as well as the Post Office or Inter Modal Transit Center.

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am

You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking to fulfill possible additional requirements if at all possible. We will not provide door code for entry without the digital rental agreement being completed as well as the uploaded photo ID - these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
