The Spring Break Policy Packet lists all the rules and regulations for the property during Spring Break. Each page must be initialed by each guest and then a signature by each guest on the final page.

The Share form contains information used to identify each guest staying in the room. Such as age, birthday, address, and full name.

Each guest will also need $100 CASH at check-in. $20 will be used to pay for our GUEST WRISTBAND, which will allow access to our events and show that they are a staying guest. The $20 is NOT REFUNDABLE. $80 will be used for the DAMAGE DEPOSIT, which will be refunded when everyone checks out of the room if there is no damage to the room. Each guest will need to be present at check-out for their damage deposit. If they cannot be present, they will need to sign off on allowing another guest from their unit to collect the damage deposit refund.

- "First off the room we booked with a wrapping view was not available at check in due to a leak in the pipes. The front desk got us a room upon checkin on the 12th floor and gave us $150 Isla Grand bucks which was very nice of them but still not the room my wife wanted. Everything as usual when we stay there was spot on. The only thing and the only reason for the 3 stars was that on the last day they where doing some cutting of cement on one of the rooms that started around 9am and ended around 5:30pm was not an end to a relaxing weekend we had hoped for could not sleep in and was stressed out with the extreme noise that sounded it was in our room . We couldn't even leave the room since there was an artic front that came in the night before . But other than that was o.k."

The Spring Break Policy Packet lists all the rules and regulations for the property during Spring Break. Each page must be initialed by each guest and then a signature by each guest on the final page.

The Share form contains information used to identify each guest staying in the room. Such as age, birthday, address, and full name.

Each guest will also need $100 CASH at check-in. $20 will be used to pay for our GUEST WRISTBAND, which will allow access to our events and show that they are a staying guest. The $20 is NOT REFUNDABLE. $80 will be used for the DAMAGE DEPOSIT, which will be refunded when everyone checks out of the room if there is no damage to the room. Each guest will need to be present at check-out for their damage deposit. If they cannot be present, they will need to sign off on allowing another guest from their unit to collect the damage deposit refund.

If you would like to complete the paperwork required to check in ahead of time, you can contact the hotel and provide an email address where we will send you the Spring Break Policy Packet, Share Form, and Credit Card Authorization (If needed) to complete.
