After you return, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and firepit. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, air conditioning, and heating.

Wireless internet is available at the Activity Center. Many of our properties are on one of the channels which connect with the Intracoastal Waterway. The village also provides a boat ramp for residents to launch their water craft directly into the Intracoastal.
There is also $80 resort fee per reservation must be paid to long island village. Master bedroom , Guest bedrooms and master bedrooms both have tv , wifi and cable . TV in the living room . Fully stocked kitchen and only 10 miles from the beaches.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

- "Great and stay love it" - "When we arrived we were very pleased with the lot and unit. Very spacious and clean. We did have issue with the refrigerator unit but the owner/property manager quickly sent out someone the next day to fix it. Pictures on the website do not give the unit justice. Only thing not mentioned in the details is that the second bathroom only has a low lying tub which may cause issues for elderly couples or those expecting 2 showers. We will be looking forward to booking next year."

This one-story home is accessible via five steps. A staircase is also necessary to access the water.

A required resort fee of $90 must be paid at the on-site office upon arrival. This fee will cover parking passes as well as access to the community amenities, which include an indoor heated saltwater pool, an outdoor pool, a basketball court, tennis court, and gym.

There is also an on-site golf course (which requires a separate fee) as well as an on-site restaurant -- The Signature Grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
