GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. The Lantana Guest House is a charming studio type apartment with a full kitchen, full bathroom, a queen size bed, sofa, and small dining table. The yard is fenced with a large pergola just outside the door and a hot tub on my deck, both of which you are free to use. Pet friendly (in fact, I have a dog that is occasionally in the backyard, and will definitely want to meet you). Plenty of off street parking. Very walkable and the beach and best night life within a few blocks.

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.

Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.

Welcome to Coral Cabana! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the bottom floor of the Coral Cay condominiums.

You will need to take about 12 steps up from the parking lot to the entrance of Coral Cabana.

Enter into an updated kitchen, open to the living and dining area, which also gives view to the covered patio. Enjoy a nap on the couch, cooking your meal, or sit outside on the patio for morning coffee to catch a sunrise and hear the waves.

Walk a few steps from your patio and jump in to 1 of 2 community pools!

Ready to head to the beach? Take the sidewalk, next to the condo to the beach boardwalk (you won't see it from the condo but you'll see it once you see the surfboard shower near the front building), and walk right over the dunes to put your feet in the sand! You'll be between beach markers 4 and 5.

Back in the condo, you'll have access to a stackable full size washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen.

Down the hallway, you'll enjoy 2 bedrooms, both with King Size Beds. There is 1 bathroom, which has 2 entrances (one from the hallway and one from the primary suite). Both bedrooms have ample closet space.
