Our Cabin on the Hill is a Historic Seidel Family 1849 Austin County Cabin relocated to a secluded hilltop spot overlooking Mill Creek. It is fully renovated with custom fixtures, reclaimed wood, and stone improvements as well as on of a kind antiques.

It is a one room cabin with a Queen Bed. There is a kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and pots, and pans. It features a full bathroom with claw foot tub and hand held shower.

There is a wood burning stone fireplace and also central air conditioning and heat.

Linens and towels are provided in addition to a hairdryer and Texas Lavender bath products.

There is a covered porch with rocking chairs to relax in.

He took us on a tour of the ranch and my 9-year old son had a blast looking at the animals and just riding around. The pool was what initially brought us in, but there is so much more the ranch has to offer. The three of us went fishing each morning and caught and released 20+ fish. My 9-year old also received private riding lessons from Darrell's son, which I highly recommend. We also got to feed some baby goats. The accommodations were as advertised and I know we will be back."

Our original mid-1800’s Hinze Cabin was relocated from Frelsburg Texas to StarHill Farms and overlooks our horse pasture. It has been fully restored using reclaimed wood, custom fixtures, and beautiful antiques.

It has a large living room with high ceilings, a separate bedroom with Queen Bed. There is a kitchenette with stove, subzero refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, and dishes. There is a full bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a wood burning stone fireplace and also central air conditioning and heat.

Linens and towels are provided in addition to a hairdryer and Texas Lavender bath products.

- "When we go on vacation we prefer a quiet, secluded home away from the hustle and bustle of town. This house did not disappoint. The big windows allowed us to watch the deer and guinea roaming free and the kids were very excited to see a fawn come out and run around also. The pool was so relaxing after a long hot day out and about. We had 8 people staying and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed the games and uno cards. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area!!"
