Best location on the lake for families, couples and dedicated sportsmen who want to be on the lake when the sun comes up. Five minutes to the nearest boat ramp. Three bedroom, two bath with 2200 sq ft eight miles north of Del Rio Tx. Living area is tile as well as both bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bedroom #1 has a queen and a single while guest bedroom #2 has a queen and a double. Depending on sleeping arrangements it should accommodate 6-8. A great place to enjoy the lake, fishing, hunting or nearby tourist attractions. Del Rio is without doubt the nicest border town in Texas. Shopping, Texas oldest vineyard, museums, movie theater and great places to eat are an easy 15 min drive from the house. Seminole Canyon State Park is just a 20 min drive and a must see. Safety is not an issue here as it can be in other towns along the Rio Grande. Please no pets. Come and enjoy!

The bathroom had thoughtful toiletry items for our use. The bedrooms had TVs and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for us, so we weren’t on top of each other, which is always nice! The garage was empty and available for use, which was nice. We were able yo unload a few things and leave them there while out and about. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find. Communication with the property manager was great! She was very responsive, kind, and welcoming! We communicated in advance that we might need another day and she was flexible with us. Now that we live in Del Río, when family comes to visit we plan to recommend this home!"
