The full kitchen has everything you need to get creative with tonight's home-cooked meal. The round dining table is great for inspiring intimate and lively conversation between your dinner guests. Use the private washer and dryer to take care of your dirty clothes after an afternoon on a hot-weather trail. This home has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV, the other with a queen bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. When you're not touring the fantastic nearby water parks, take the family boat out onto the water for an afternoon of fishing then come back to store it in the private boat slip which is also a perfect spot to catch the Moody Gardens fireworks!

You also have the ability to drive your boat across the bay to eat at Number 13 steakhouse which has boat parking available for its guests! You can fuel your boat at Pelican Rest Marina. Take the kids four miles east to visit Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston where they can enjoy attractions like Bahnzai Pipeline, Cliffhanger, and Dragon Blaster. Check out some of the fantastic local restaurants like Cajun Greek, Mario's Ristorante, and Seahorse Grill anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private fishing and boat dock behind the home. You can launch your boat from a public launch in the neighborhood, right around the corner from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- "This house was perfect. Sitting right on the bay you have easy access to water. Kids enjoyed swimming, crabbing and fishing off the dock. The kitchen is spacious and was well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
