- "This room is very close to the beach. There is plenty room for a group, WiFi, and a full kitchen. This property was convenient for my stay. It is also approximately 30 minutes from a large town with a shopping mall with a movie theater, and plenty of places to eat. There are some good places to eat and visit near the property as well. " - "The loft is affordable. It has all the basics. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the counter was too high. The plastic lining on the edge of the shower was weird and kept flaking. The track lights upstairs in the loft had several bulbs burnt out. The track lights on the stairs had 3 bulbs but only one worked. The lamp with the ceiling fan was very dim and had a remote, but the remote was not really working. The track lights on the left side of the kitchen completely burnt out during our stay and only one worked to begin with. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. There was only one paper towel roll for the entire stay. The drier made a loud clanging noise and fell apart as soon as I hit the knob. There were no extra sheets, towels, pillows, comforters. No outlets on the walls upstairs. A huge plant was on a coffee table but it was much needed space for cups, phones, keys. The tv had a basic setup and Netflix/Hulu/Vudu/ Amazon. The couch was comfy but was not a foldout twin, as advertised. The closet was huge but could have had a plastic bin with all the extras, as mentioned before. Hangers were old and wire, mismatched and thrown together. A set of hangers with different variations would have been great. Only one hand towel in the half bath downstairs and one dish towel in the kitchen. The kitchen did have the basics set up so it was convenient to be able to cook. The park and museum and pizza place were walking distance fr loft"

- If the tide is high, we may not have a beach in front of the house, and you will need to walk down to the next block, where the beach is wider, or drive to a different area with more beach. ***With the recent storm, the walkover was taken out at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr and Oyster & Beach Dr. You can still walk onto the beach where the walkover was without having to walk through sand dunes or any vegetation at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr.***

A cold/hot filtered water dispenser will provide you with all the drinking water you need.

Children will enjoy the book nook and bins full of books and games. Adults won't miss out on the fun as plenty of toys have been included for you as well, including 2 kayaks that can be launched in the bay just minutes down the road. For rainy days, play a game of poker or stream a movie from one of the two flat screen TVs. The storage unit is equipped with 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and a large wagon to easily bring it all to the beach. Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Built by us, for us, that we share with you. There are a lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental. If you see it listed for the weekend you want, book it quick! Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grand in a petite package. The master bedroom features a grand king sized bed, with an elegant claw foot tub and sink with a toilet room. A chandelier in the bath area provides a nice touch. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with 2 twin XL beds for the kids. There is another twin that can be lowered from the wall if needed for more sleeping arrangements. The hall bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink and a hidden away washer and dryer, should you need it during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a cooktop and a convection oven/microwave. The dining room table is setup for 4, but there is a leaf to expand it if needed. Living room features 2 couches for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside, there is plenty of seating around the 180 degree deck, with deck chairs on the south side for tanning away from the sand, and sitting areas on the other 2 sides to enjoy the multiple views off the deck in every direction. You can see the gulf and jetty from the deck, and it’s always a thrill to watch the ships come in and out of the jetty. Downstairs is a large shaded area under the house with several seating areas so you can always find a breeze and some shade. There is a fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs along with a large picnic table, and there is also seating towards the back yard. The yard is fully fenced, front and back, to keep the children or pets in. It is a great area to chill and relax anytime of the day. There is an outdoor shower, which is great for rinsing off all the sand and sweat from the beach, but in reality, it’s our favorite place to shower in the spring, summer, and fall.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic deck with peek-a-boo views of the beach!! The beach is about 200 yards away, so a very easy walk or golf cart ride away! Complete with BBQ pit, lots of outdoor seating, lighting fast wifi, 65 inch 4K TV, large dining table and open living room / kitchen, this home has it all!

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

Beach towels and trash bags were not provided but we had brought our own. Other than those two things everything we needed was there. Check in/out was easy." - "Property was very clean and beautiful. Very spacious and had everything we need to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as ever. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for you to use. They provide towels. And there is a shower outside that made it easy for the whole family to rinse off before going into the house!
