- "Lots of room for large groups" - "This property could use some updates...most of the cabinets were broken...also pest control definitely needed. The mattresses are old and stagging. Carpet tearing upstairs. No face towels. Dryer not working. When we entered the ac was not on. Trash was left in cans. Faucet in kitchen was loose. Faucet in master spraying water everywhere. The pool n hot tub was not acceptable n had grass growing out of it. Trash was left in back yard and we didn't feel safe going to the back yard. They changed check out time even though the contract said 11:00. They added a extra deposit at the last minute. I never talk with the owner. The ice machine didn't work. We won't stay at this location any more."

Fee are separate from booking and must pay before check in . We require monthly cleaning for longer months stay $40 cash .

Our studio is really good size and room with everything you need to get settled comfortably weather you are here while on a job or visit .We keep price more affordable . Surveillances cameras on the out of property for safety.

- "The place was listed as 2 bedrooms. It is only a one room space. We need 2 bedrooms. I contacted the owner NOT asking for money back or even discount. All I wanted was for them list it properly as a 1 bedroom, so others don’t have a married couple and a single guy all sleeping feet from each other like we had to do. The owner was rude, and argumentative. I can not imagine if we had a problem and had needed assistance. The room was pretty clean and very useable. We rented for 3 nights, but we did leave after the 2nd night. I’m sure if you don’t need any privacy, this place will do, but I do not recommend for 3 people unless you don’t need any private space."

We are in a very quiet, private neighborhood with one entry road. It is a safe place for a morning walk. Enjoy a very large circle driveway at the main house, and a beautiful walk way through the side gate to the Guest House in the back property. The Guest House is separate from the main house.

The Coastal retreat themed guest house includes a regular size kitchen with full refrigerator, sink, oven/stove, dishes, pots, and microwave. There is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is a bathroom with shower and tub, Queen sized bed, a couch, TV, AC, 2 small chests with 3 drawers each. A closet with a clothes rack. A small dinner table and 2 chairs.
