Come relax and fish at our cottage on a gently slopping lot on the Little Red River, home of World Record Brown Trout! Walk into the shoals or fish from the deep wells off the private dock . We are a few minutes from public boat launches.

Families will enjoy our fully furnished cottage with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double) new bathroom, and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy the fire pit while grilling out on the grill. There is a screened in porch over looking the river when the weather may not cooperate.

The cottage is located within 15 minutes of Heber Springs for shopping, dining, movies etc.. Or to enjoy the beaches on Greers Ferry Lake.

The beds were super comfy and all of the furniture and decorations appeared brand new and gorgeous! There is a Walmart about 5 mins down the road and the lake is a very short walk. The only negative I can say is that it’s not directly on the lake where you can see it from the condo, but we were very much pleased with everything else and would definitely stay here again!"
