1. Guests can load and unload using the alley on the South side of the building. Once loading and unloading is completed, please park in one of the striped spaces on Main Street.

2. Use the Red door on the South side of the building to enter the landing area for the Loft. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in using your unique code on the keypad of the Red door, as well as the White door in the landing area for the Loft.

3. A few days prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we're available for your questions & concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time via the app.

4. Please note that there is an active commercial space on the first floor of the property. The first floor will be closed off after hours, so please do not try to access the gated areas.

The loft features multiple stairs and levels, some of which are steep and may not be suitable for everyone. We encourage you to review the pictures that display the stairs and ladders to ensure it meets your needs.

Please be aware that there is a nearby train that passes by occasionally. While it may be heard from the loft, it is a normal occurrence and nothing to be alarmed about. We actually find it quite charming and hope you will too.

We specialize in Whole Weekend Weddings, and when we don't have weddings booked, we make our lodge available to be rented. You will have all six rooms in our White Oak Lodge, and access to our 55,000-gallon pool, our large commercial kitchen, coffee bar, dining, and game rooms.

As with most bed & breakfasts, we live in and maintain this property. We have our own apartment, kitchen, bedroom, etc that are built into the lodge and we are available to you as needed, and will happily assist you in operating things such as (hot tub, stove, grills, etc.) and of course, we'll prepare you a delicious breakfast each morning. We are located in the country 10 minutes from Whitesboro and 18 from Gainesville. We live on the property and outdoor areas are shared. You are free to wander around and enjoy the wildlife or feed the cattle. Our location is much removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wehave an electric skillet, microwave, 2 burner hot plate and toaster oven. We also suggest visiting Cedar Mills marina for a nice meal overlooking Lake Texoma. Deschain cellars winery is an 8 min drive. Downtown Gainesville has many local shops and boutiques along with great local dining. Be sure and check out the Frank Buck Zoo and Morton Museum. For the closest breakfast we recommend Poor Boys Cafe, Cornerstone Cafe, or Cedar Mills.

Set within seven acres of oak trees, this updated cabin has two shaded decks, living area with TV, and fully equipped and updated kitchen. The back deck has a patio with a nice table, horseshoes, fire pit and pond. Only minutes from Lake Texoma, Cross Timbers hiking trail, wineries, MegaStar casino, and four marinas. Secluded gated property on a private road next to a large ranch where you can watch spectacular sunsets in the evening. All guests must be 25 years old to book.

The space
Inspired by the Western author Zane Grey’s cabin in Sedona, Arizona, our property is uniquely located at the end of a private road nestled in seven acres of woods that borders two large ranches - a perfect location for relaxing or exploring the outdoors around Lake Texoma. The A-frame design is surrounded by large oak trees that shade the decks in the warmer months, and lots of windows to look out on the view.

The cabin features a full kitchen and comfortable living area with decks on the front and rear of the cabin. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with new non-stick cookware and utensils, drip coffee maker, Kuerig, tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave full sized refrigerator and two ovens. We have basic spices and condiments for you to prepare your own food. The rear patio has both a Weber gas and a National Park Service cooking fire ring so you can cook up your steaks while enjoying a dramatic sunset from the deck.

The property itself has groomed walking trails that tunnel through the woods, a national park fire pit with a cooking grill, and a small pond. Below the rear deck there is a small concrete patio where the grill and large picnic table are located. There are two grassy areas for perfect playing catch or football during the day or stargazing at night.

In the morning, you can often watch the horses feed on the ranch next door from the rear deck, and be serenaded by the different birds, including cardinals, woodpeckers, roadrunners, hawks, and occasionally a wild peacock. In the evening you can enjoy the sound of dozens of tiny tree frogs looking for true love, Whip-poor-wills, and coyotes in the distance.

Hikers and bikers will find miles of trails and empty country roads, both dirt and paved, for exploration. For bicyclists, there are fully shaded roads and historic cowboy cemeteries from the mid 1800's nearby, as well as challenging hills and trails for mountain bikers. Hikers are just a few miles away from the 13 mile Cross Timbers trail that wind through wooded hills with dramatic views of Lake Texoma.

Boaters can access four different marinas nearby to rent or launch a boat, and there are numerous kayaking spots on both Lake Texoma and the Red River. There is also a lavender farm and three casino's located within a 40 minute drive. Country singer Blake Shelton’s bar in Tishomingo is less than one hour drive away. For lakeside dining, you are a 10 minute drive from Cedar Mills marina, which has a great restaurant overlooking the lake.

Only an hour away from Dallas, this property lets you feel like you are on your own private ranch to relax and enjoy nature - while still being close to lots of fun activities in the Red River and Lake Texoma area.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full seven acres which includes walking trails cut through the woods and the pond. The trails total about 1/3 mile and connect to each other through different parts of the woods. Because the road is a private road shared with only a few neighbors, it makes a great walking path as well.

There is a covered parking spot with a metal roof, but the main parking area is a shaded area directly in front of the cabin that can park about three cars.

We are maintaining the property ourselves so it does not include access to the garage, pole barns, or well house which is where we keep our equipment.

Other things to note
The grassy areas of the cabin offer amazing star-gazing at night, since there are very few lights nearby. Next door to the west are two horse ranches whose four legged residents often feed along the fence line in the morning. There are also nightly concerts by coyotes, and an armadillo that likes to look for bugs after dark around the front and side yards.

Note - there is no shooting allowed on the property due to safety considerations. There are areas nearby we can direct you to if you are interested.

There is a fire pit with log stools and a picnic table for s'mores at night. The area often is under a burn ban so check before you start a fire in the fire pit. The pond has lots of small sunfish and one bass to catch (and throw back please). The property is also visited by lots of Canadian geese, cardinals, woodpeckers, and we have had one wild peacock as a guest. There are a number of deer that like to visit, and the normal amount of squirrels and rabbits for the area.

The space
This is a studio styled unit with everything you need right as you walk in the front door. It has two queen loft beds. One with a full size loft bed on top and one with a twin size loft bed on top. So this unit can comfortably sleep up to 7 people not including the couch. It has a full-size couch with recliners on each end. A kitchen table with 4 chairs and 4 additional chairs and 4 TV trays. A 65 inch TV with Roku and DVD player. There is now cell phone service available in this unit as well.

You can enjoy coffee on the patio right outside your door, or take a short stroll down to the lake with fishing docks and a boat ramp!

This unit is completely remodeled with fresh paint throughout and brand new air conditioners and fireplace heaters. All new electrical outlets, light switches, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. We have already purchased new flooring but the sub-flooring needs to be replaced as it is a little soft in a few spots so that will be the next project happening soon over the next few months. Of course it will be stocked with all the basics: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, towels, bedding and cooking utensils. We also provide a free bag of ice with every rental and have bagged ice available for purchase at the on-site store.

Pets are welcome! But we have implemented a $25 PER PET, PER DAY pet fee due to some previous issues with excessive large dogs. If you have small dogs or would like to discuss options for longer stays, please feel free to message us and we will see what we can work out. Currently we are working on a dedicated fenced in pet area that we hope to have completed in the next few weeks. We will send the additional fees via the request tool after booking.

This is “Gage’s Station”. The 3rd unit which is the last unit at the end of the building closest to the grass area. The host will greet you and do quick walk through upon check in to show you around and answer any questions you may have. There is also a lock box with the front door knob key inside. Welcome to our Cozy Cabin nestled in the heart of nature! Our charming retreat boasts one private bedroom with a full-size bed, a living area with a comfortable sleeper sectional, & a charming loft accessible by ladder featuring two twin-sized beds & two full-sized beds. It's the perfect space for families or groups of friends to gather and make memories together. Outside, you will enjoy 2 peaceful acres surrounded by trees, plenty of seating areas, a fire pit, & a grill.

The space
The cabin is nestled on 2 acres with plenty of places to explore. The property is heavily treed with a couple open clearings. As you drive up the gravel driveway, you will notice plenty of outdoor spaces.

Outside Area:
We have 3 hammocks on trees, 1 picnic table, a fire pit area with seating, charcoal grill and a screened patio with seating and dining space available, as well as a tree swing for the kids. We have neighbors on both sides of the cabin with acreage as well. No fences, please be mindful if you are exploring.

Charcoal Grill:
If you plan to use the charcoal grill outside, it would be a good idea to pick up some charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter on your way to the cabin. Sometimes there are extras left by guests but it's not guaranteed.
Please empty your ash into the provided ash bucket outside, clean the grill for future guests, and put the cover back on when you are finished. Please keep the charcoal grill where it is currently located.

Inside:
Inside the cabin, the first floor features a sectional with a pull out sleeper, and a small dining area with seating for four. A full kitchen, full bathroom, faux fireplace tv stand, smart TV, dvd player and private room are also located downstairs. The ladder will take you into the loft space where you will find additional four beds (2 twins and 2 fulls).

Kitchen:
Our kitchen provides pots, pans, cooking supplies, cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, seasonings for cooking, containers to store your left overs, toaster, etc. We also have a dual Keurig, ground coffee, and K-cups available as well as flavored creamers and sugar. Dish soap, wash cloths, sponges, and other cleaning supplies are also available. There is no disposal and we run on septic and well water. With that in mind, please DO NOT pour grease or chunks of food down the drain. A great way to discard of your grease is to line a coffee cup with foil, pour the grease in the cup, and wrap it up and throw it away once it dries.

Sleeping:
We have 5 beds and a sleeper sofa; 3 full size beds, 2 twin size beds, and the sleeper sofa can comfortably fit 2 or 3 people. If you are the camping type, you are welcome to bring your tents and camp outside. All beds are topped with foam mattress toppers and made up for your arrival with comfy sheets, comforters, and pillows.

HVAC:
The cabin does have a small AC unit in the private room with a floor heater as well as an AC/heater unit in the main living space. We also have a tv stand with a built in electric fireplace.

Entertainment:
A tv is mounted to the wall in the living space with access to streaming services (with your log-in) as well as a collection of DVDs to watch.
Our property does offer WiFi but please understand we are an “off-grid” location. WiFi signal can be spotty and weak. This is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy nature.
The cabin is also stocked with an array of board games, card games, and coloring books.
Back outside we have a fairy garden that our kids enjoy playing with. You are welcome to add to the collection or rearrange the fairy garden community.
You will also find a bucket with rock painting supplies in the book shelf.

Pets:
We have a little pet station with bags available to pick up pet waste, toys, extra leashes, and mats to wipe off paws. Please be aware our property is not fenced in.

Neighbors:
We have two neighbors; one to the left and the other to the right. Our properties are not fenced, please be mindful when you are exploring.

Fishing:
We have added a tackle box and 4 fishing poles in case you forgot yours. There are some local stores you can purchase extra supplies, hooks, bait, fishing lines, etc.. You can fish at Texoma Marina for $5pp or other nearby marinas (10-15 minute drive and you’ll hit 3 different ones). You can also walk/drive to the nearby bridge or Paw Paw Trail and fish for free. You need a special Texoma fishing license. You can buy this online the day of.

Nature & Texas:
We do our best to ward off pests, bugs, and unwanted critters with monthly and quarterly pest control maintenance inside the cabin as well as the immediate perimeter of the cabin. However, we are located in the woods and surrounded by trees. It is not uncommon for you to encounter insects, snakes, scorpions, and other such wildlife. What you may encounter will definitely depend on the season in which you are visiting. Please stay aware of your surroundings. No refunds will be provided due to Mother Nature.

Fire Pit:
Firewood is stocked by the fire pit. You will also find a flint and steel in the silver bucket in the screened in patio- this is used to spark flames and help start a fire. If you see a pinecone covered in wax, that is fire starter that was handmade by a local small business (availability depends on stock). You can also use dry brush with the flint and steel to start a fire. Please keep all fires INSIDE the fire pit.

Fisherman’s cabin was designed for hunters and fisherman , and is more rustic with waterproof flooring. The cabin only has a half bath and no available showers during the winter season. Sofa bed sleeps 2. The kitchenette area includes skillet , microwave , crockpot, toaster , coffee and condiments.

Late check-out is available for an additional $25 per 2 hours.

Guests have full access to the entire house, front porch, back patio, and all 4 acres of the property. The property is secured with an entrance gate and is fenced on all sides except one. There’s ample parking available for large vehicles and trailers. Please note, the driveway is shared with the property owner for access to the arena at the back of the property, and we kindly ask that you do not block the circle drive.

Howdy! Enjoy a newly renovated home located in the heart of Pilot Point, Texas. In walking distance, is the Pilot Point downtown square. On the square, you will find restaurants, a coffee house, and other entertainment. If you are looking for adventure, Lake Ray Roberts is just 4 miles away! You will find the space to be fresh with modern farmhouse touches! With an open concept kitchen and living room, you will feel more at home. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a walk-in closet so you can actually settle into the space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the coziest details and is the darkest room in the house for those that like to sleep in. The last room is my favorite room with (2) twin beds to spaciously fit children or adults.

Ideally located just steps from the SH Catholic Church. Muenster is home to Germanfest, Octoberfest, Fischer's Meat Market and many other shops and wineries in the area

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is quaint but accommodating, with lots of amenities. Spacious bedrooms with large closets, lots of mirrors for get ready, and two patios for outdoor enjoyment. 3 steps required to access front and back doors but no stairs inside, free parking, designated workspace, smart tv and board games available.

Parking is available under carport off back alley, back alley is accessible on 7th St. Free parking available on street in marked parking spots. Sacred Heart Catholic Church Mass hours are Sat 5pm and Sun 8am and 10:30am, traffic will be increased with difficulty for parking during those times. Walking distance to downtown, SH church and school and to Muenster ISD. Main St is located at the main traffic light, north of Hwy 82.

Quiet Time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am, must be 21 or over to book the Cottage. No parties, no smoking in the home and no pets. Kids and infants welcome, pack and play available
