This is a Meridian 459 Motor-yacht. It’s located close to historic downtown Eufaula, OK. Come enjoy the fall season and enjoy the fantastic weather! The leaves are just beginning to turn to the beautiful fall colors! It’s moored in a covered slip which provides protection from the weather. On board it has all the amenities of home, but on a smaller, intimate scale! Come relax and let the gentle rocking of the boat melt away your cares and worries!
The stay will be secure inside the slip and not on the open water. A light continental style breakfast will be provided in the morning!
This is for one VIP Stateroom containing one Queen sized (modified) bed.
This price does not include an excursion. Excursions are available for an additional fee.

Bring your own camper, park it on our property with a gorgeous lake view. RV spot is outfitted with a 50 amp service, camp fire ring and 4 bench picnic table.
You have access to lake, boat dock, and beach area with endless views. Their is a dump station located on property.
The space
This propert is 2 oversized lots in Sandy Bass Bay 2. Their is a 2 br house, 36' covered RV as well as a Fema trailer on property also listed with Air Bnb.
Guest access
You will have access to your lake view on a graveled 12'x40' RV pad. The beach and boat dock is just a short walk to South end of property and a horse shoe pit is available.
Other things to note
There is a 75% discount for December 2023, January 2024, February 2024, March 2024 only. Please note that this is per month or all 4 months.The wood deck is for the 36' RV when guest are present.
The boat dock center space is for the house if rented. You do have access to thè outside of dock outfitted with cleets fir your boat.

The Rolling Retreat is located in the Longtown/#9 Landing area of Lake Eufaula. This camper is located less than a block from beautiful sandy beaches, the most gorgeous sunsets on Eufaula Lake, and a private boat ramp where fisherman or lake lover's can load and unload their boats. The area of Greer Heights is a friendly community and also allows golf carts.
The space
This RV is less than 3 years old and is in like new condition. It will sleep up to 4. The kitchen offers a range/oven, a refrigerator, a microwave,a toaster, and a Keurig. There are plenty of utensils . The dining room table seats 4.
The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room which has 2 recliners, a sofa (that makes into a full-sized bed), and a big screen TV.
Ideal for couples, small families, or solo adventurers, this unique space offers a comfortable 1-bedroom setup with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests(2 adults, 2 kids or 3 Adults)

Our camper provides all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and microwave, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay. At the back of the camper, you’ll find a Blackstone grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying meals in the fresh air.
The camper is located on the bottom half of the property, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. My grandmother’s house is situated at the back of the property, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. Plus, you’re just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and lake, perfect for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature.

Guests have full access to the camper, with the exception of the storage space under the bed, where I keep personal items. Please respect this area.

Weather it’s a weekend getaway, family vacation or a fishing trip. This spot is a short walk to the lake and a quarter of a mile from the Indian Springs boat ramp. 10 minute drive to downtown Eufaula.
