The complex is a small 22-unit building in a quiet neighborhood just north of LSU campus, other tenants are generally older grad students. Locked security gates ensure only tenants have access inside. The saltwater pool is located in the central gated courtyard. Parking is located steps away off the street in our lot, and is first-come first served. Additional parking is available on the street. Excellent location just north of campus, jogging paths and parks, just south of downtown Baton Rouge, and easy access to the highway to get around town quickly.

There are lots of trees and vegetation around the property, occasionally, little insects make their way in even though place is treated monthly for pests. This apartment was within walking distance of campus. The outside of the building looks a little on the rough side, but the actual apartment was very nice on the inside. The bed was super comfortable as well, and I liked how roomy the bathroom was for such a small apartment. This is perfect for two people, and could possibly be ok with three depending on sleeping arrangements because there is only one bed. The couch was very comfortable as well. The only downside that I could see some people having an issue with is that it is right beside a railroad track. While this doesn't bother me because I grew up by railroad tracks and got used to the noise, it is loud when the train first comes through."

The bedroom is much warmer than the living room due to placement of the AC unit. All essentials are stocked and all appliances are brand new - everything looks very nice and works very well!"

Our place is five blocks from LSU, 1.4 mile drive from Tiger stadium (a one mile walk), on historic and beautiful Highland Road. Easy access to interstates and downtown. You’ll love the private space with off street parking (1 car only), comfy bed and great neighborhood. Our place works for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Note: two adults maximum.
Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.
